Staff were all very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was of a really good standard. The pillows on the beds were extremely lumpy and uncomfortable. Just a small thing, but can lead to an uncomfortable nights sleep.

Clean room. Easy access to Dublin City via the Luas. Friendly staff. Good brealfast

Great staff. Nice hotel. We stay a lot. Beside the Luas. €2 to St Stephens Green.

The room was cold , the pillows are awful, the room was lovely , bed comfy , I was at the front of the hotel very noisy , didn’t get a good sleep I ate in the bar , lovely food and service , lovely breakfast .

Cuando llegamos nos encontramos la ventana abierta de la habitación lo que hizo que la habitación no se llegara a calentar lo suficiente. El radiador no tenía suficiente potencia. Podrían poner alguna agua de cortesía. No hay nada en las inmediaciones del hotel, y no tenían room service cuando estuvimos.

Helpful staff

Even though we arrived at 10.30AM the receptionist was able to check us in early which was brilliant. It wasnt an issue and he was very friendly. One thing I am a bit disappointed with is that there are no longer carpets in the bedroom that we had. Makes the room feel a little colder and sanitised. And the receptionist that checked us out said they would be removed from all rooms.
