Nice staff. Great beds. Very good breakfast.

The stay was good. The room could definitely be cleaned better but the bed was clean at least.

I arrived really late at night from Amtrak. Staff worked with me to make sure my reservation was in place and helped me check in before I arrived.

Great place to rest, safe. Clean. Good breakfast. It’s a Holiday Inn, so no surprises.

Property a bit run down. Bathtub drain plugged. Breakfast had good offerings and was okay. Staff were very good, friendly. Exterior shrubs needed trimming.

My family had a wonderful stay. Good room, good breakfast, wonderful clean warm pool.

Nice place staff are friendly

I did not like that I could not run the fan only in my with out lowering the temperature. And continual breakfast didn't start till 6:30 , 5:30 would be better for us that have to work early.

The parking lot is in need of repair.

Relatively clean hotel with friendly staff - back parking lot needs paved really bad tho! We had our car hauler there and had to be careful navigating it

Rooms seemed dirty, toilet seat dirty.

Everything during our stay was great except our last day. Breakfast wasn’t enough for everyone, they didn’t expect that many guests and ran out of food.

The hotel is pretty rundown. The beds were comfortable though. Carpet was filthy.

Staff was not friendly or welcoming. They ran out of food during breakfast. Juice machine was out of order and there was a sign to get juice from fridge but there was no juice in fridge. Today, there was no juice or milk for cereal. Our room was not cleaned efficiently, still had hair on hand towel and shower stall.

Overall the room felt dirty. The stained carpet needs to be changed. Surfaces were sticky and dusty. It’s disappointing to see this decline since I stayed here a few years ago. Also, the check in was difficult due to using Expedia.

Check in was great and overall service was good. The room could have used some minor upgrades with paint chipping and peeling in the bathroom. Overall it was good for the room rate. Nothing negative to say!

The lady that was working on both Saturday and Sunday was very nice. She let us check in a bit early and also let us stay until noon on Sunday! Very much appreciated.

Nice and quiet hotel and friendly staff

Friendly staff and excellent gentlemen that checked us in. Very nice rooms.

Front desk staff was nice. The mattress and bedding were horribly uncomfortable, and the room was very dirty. There was staining/dripping of dried liquid down the walls in the bathroom and in the main bedroom area, as well as dirty carpet and furniture. We were only there 1 night and haven’t had a chance to review prior to today, but did want to leave some feedback on our stay. Thank you to the staff we did meet! For as much as a room is and how much I know you pay your staff, you should definitely be able to purchase better mattresses and bedding, give more cleanliness training and better pay to your staff. Maintaining the cleanliness and disrepair of a business is tantamount to its success.
