I was not impressed with the hotel; even though I prepaid I was still required to give a $50 room deposit; the only redeeming quality is it’s location; the parking was ok The front desk staff were not friendly

Room smelled like weed. No towels and ice makers and elevator broken.

There was no "spa" as advertised... But it was fine.

Quick and friendly check in. Clean room. Good location with free parking. I would definitely stay here again.

Very affordable but also impressed on cleanliness!

Pool was ice cold. Breakfast sucked, cold and very limited selections. Cleaning forgot to leave coffee and not enough towels. A way overpriced Motel 6 but it did have an elevator.

Amazing stay Great job

It’s the little things that makes a hotel either good or makes it great. This hotel was just ok. Not much attention to detail. Family of four stayed in a two queen room. Only two bath towels were provided. 4 people staying in a room, should have 4 towels. Yes I understand I just needed to call for more, but why bother making that an inconvenience from the beginning. Just supply the right amount of towels. Having to call for something that should have already been in the room is what makes it just an Ok hotel. Also do hotels not supply lotion anymore? Expect the bare minimum. They also don’t want to clean your sheets/ give you clean towels unless you’re there for more than 3 days. Also something hard and plastic was stuck under the sheets of one bed. Looked like a cap to a top of something. How was this not seen/felt when making the bed? It’s the lack of attention to detail that will make me choose a different hotel next time. Not terrible, but not great.

Well maintained

Room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom had no hook/ring to hang hand towel. Bathroom small, bathtub/shower very small/uncomfortable, no grab bars...

Overnight stay for business. Comfy bed and pillows a plus AND DOVE products was even better! Friendly and helpful front desk staff!

I didn't like it was out dated the toilet look very old.Also you had to ask for soap because the one's in the room were empty.

Our suite was lovely - very spacious. Breakfast was very good. However, we stayed 3 nights and our room was not cleaned the last night. Not acceptable!

All of the Staff are amazing. Clean room. Hot breakfast.

Mr "Q" on over night shift was Very very nice person. He was highly attentive and extremely kind on front desk. This Hotel is not new but everything on this hotel gave us look and satisfaction as a hundred percent new hotel. Break fast was great. The rates of room are very affordable. Me and my wife and daughter all are very happy for this three nights stay.

Nice size room with couch great price

Staff unfriendly. Pool small. Parking inconvenient.cleaning took place all day with doors being heard opening/shutting, often.

It was good overall. The room did get freshly painted. You could smell a strong paint smell but the room looked very nice.
