Very small rooms but clean , strange shower outlet

Nära till Metro, spårvagn och tåg. Bra läge. God frukostbuffé. Nära till flera bra restauranger. Rent rum och badrum. Sköna sängar, möjligen lite hårda kuddar. Vi är nöjda.

部屋の遮音性能が悪い。廊下や隣室の音、外の音が聞こえてきてゆっくり眠れない。サービスなどは問題ない。

Excellent Hotel!

I stayed for my birthday and was gifted champagne and cake. Everything was clean and walking distance to everything downtown and near boat tours. Breakfast buffet was good

Breakfast was awesome! Only complaint is that the AC in the rooms wasn’t good, not sure if it was just broken in my room

Quarto muito confortável, localização excelente.

Habitacion limpia, exterior, silencioso y bien aislado. Hacía calor en ella y no se puede bajar la calefacción, dormí con la ventana abierta.

Everything was great, we had a wonderful time. The only little issue was that the AC wasn’t working properly, but the location was the best, very clean and friendly staff. Recommend it!

Zeer schone kamer, altijd schone handdoeken, beddengoed etc aanwezig en beleefd en hulpzaam personeel.

Excellent service

The staff was excellent, very professional, and had great recommendations. Stayed for 3 nights and had breakfast there (which was worth the price, 13 Euros). Also, a very good recommendation for a Tuk Tuk with Pedro - again, an amazing experience and worth the price. Will stay here next time we are in town.

Fantastic hotel in a perfect Lisbon location—easy to walk everywhere and very comfortable. The staff were exceptional, always friendly and attentive, and the room was perfectly cleaned every day. The highlight was an unexpected birthday surprise: champagne and chocolate waiting in my room. I never mentioned my birthday—they noticed it from my passport, which was incredibly thoughtful. Highly recommended. I would absolutely stay here again!

Vincci Baixa is a hotel in very good condition and the staff is friendly. Everything was perfect except the fact that you are not allowed in the room while cleaning staff is working.
