Un endroit vraiment très plaisant avec les chemins qui mènent aux chambres, c’était très charmant. Le personnel a été très serviable et très gentil et attentionné. L’emplacement est idéal puisqu’il n’est pas trop loin de la place centrale mais il se trouve dans un milieu calme.

The hotel was very nice, rooms had all the facilities from Rokm heaters to Electric blanket and nice hot shower. Breakfast was very nice and with lots of varieties. Staff were very helpful. Just couple of small matters 1) Rooms should have atleast couple of complimentary drinking water and2) Good large mirror in the room. Thanks

Hotel muito bom, porém Banho morno no primeiro dia, depois reclamei e ficou bom. Restaurante muito ruim, truta com gosto de terra e filé de frango duro e sem gosto. Pessoal do restaurante meio confuso

Todo estupendo, mejoraría y de ahí las tres estrellas, en que es un sitio en el que hace mucho frío, y hay que tener el aparato puesto toda la noche, dicho aparato se encuentra justo encima de los cabeceros de las camas, lo que hace que te levantes con un dolor de cabeza considerable o que en su defecto, lo apagues y te hieles de frío por la mañana. A mejorar.

A quick walk to the township. Definitely one of the nicer hotels in Chivay town with super friendly and helpful staff. We booked 3 rooms. Definitely recommend.

A lovely room. Warm and welcoming. Short walk to central part of Chivay. Quiet for sleeping.

I am somewhat disappointed with this hotel. It is probably one of the best in Chivay, so despite my rating it is still a good bet if you're staying here. Firstly, the staff are great. Really friendly and welcoming. I'd give them a 10/10 for sure. Also good is that they have medical attention 24/7 and oxygen on hand. First 10 minutes complimentary. But, the hotel is cold. Everywhere. The rooms have heaters, which take a little while to kick in but also kept me awake at night because when they restart from losing the set temperature it makes all kinds of noises. The bathroom doesn't get heated so good luck if you need the loo in the night!!! The restaurant is also cold, as is the bar. We asked them to put a fire on, which they did but even so it was not cosy. The first night we were there, we got no sleep at all because there was an outdoor concert/party/festival that started at 10pm and finished at 5am. It sounded as if we were right next to the party as it was that loud and I am not exaggerating. This was a Friday night and it was a 200 year anniversary of the town, so I don't know if I they have parties every weekend or if we were just unlucky in that regard (but also lucky in that we got to see the marches the next day in costume). My safe didn't work in the room. I called for them to fix it and about 2 minutes after they left, it stopped working again so I gave up on that. Breakfast is a joke. It's really, really bad and not good enough for the price paid.
