Great location to stay. Very clean and friendly staff. Breakfast was good!

Una muy grata experiencia en Ramada by Wyndham en Tres Cantos. El personal muy amable, nos ayudaron a obtener una habitación lo antes posible dado que llegábamos a las 6 a.m., luego de un vuelo de 12 horas. La zona del hotel muy tranquila y el desayuno tenía harta variedad.

Clean rooms and very helpful staff! I didn’t have breakfast at the hotel because there is a grocery store around the corner with amazing prices and great breakfast options. I didn't use the hotel parking either, as it was very easy to find parking on the street. ​A few things to note: the rooms do not have mini-fridges, and in our room for 3 people the sofa bed wasn't too comfortable. Also in the room we had the shower is inside a bathtub, which could be difficult to step into if you are traveling with little kids or elderly family members.

Brilliant trip. Staff were super helpful.

The AC isn't working right, and when I called reception, they told me to open the window for fresh air. I emailed the manager but never heard back. I even spoke to her, and she confirmed the AC is broken and they're short-staffed (I had to go down to pick up an iron myself). Plus, there's no parking lot, so you have to find a spot on the street.

Wi-Fi no quarto bem ruim, não tinha condições de usar. Quarto e banheiro bem limpos Café da manhã gostoso, sempre a mesma coisa mas com certa variedade, nenhuma opção a la Carte

Didn't avail of breakfast. As the hotel is close to some local shops. The hotel is about 20mins away by train from the center. Close to train station. Area is peaceful and very clean.i think it's a business district full of tech companies around. Ramada hotel is nicer than the one we stayed in paris. Bath tub+ A/C+ cleanliness+ quiet+ towels++ conditioner+ body soap+. Having hair conditioner available means a lot. The site manager could be a woman?who knows how to take care of lady guests hair. Love the conditioner and soap here.

Personal amable y habitaciones muy confortables.

Habitación amplia y limpia. Muy buen desayuno. Relativamente fácil aparcar (está en una especie de polígono, por lo que cuando las empresas han cerrado hay bastante aparcamiento)

Excellent and friendly staff!!

El personal fue muy amable desde el principio, el hotel tiene fácil acceso y está bien comunicado. Fui con niños y agradecí que era muy tranquilo y silencioso para dormir. Lo único que podría decir es que si te quedas varios días seguidos el desayuno podría llegar a ser repetitivo, pero para unos días, está genial. Estaba limpio, toallas de sobra, tenían champú, gel de ducha y bodymilk y una tabla para planchar en la habitación. Tele de buen tamaño y temperatura agradable.

Todo estupendo.
