Everything was great the hotel was very clean and the staff was very professional. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. I really enjoyed my stay I will definitely be coming back again.

We stayed for 4 nights. The hotel is close to a busy road and the traffic noise was loud. After waking up to itchy bites on my back and stomach I discovered bugs in the bed which turned out to be burn ants according to the GM. I alerted the front desk and they came up to evaluate for bed bugs and change out the sheets. I was disappointed for them not to offer a discount or at minimum some points for the bugs in the sheets situation.

Great hotel

This us the first time out of several stays that truly was just not good for us. Weve stayed at multiple Staybridge properties and this one in particular multiple times. This time we had a 40 minute check in because we booked at Hotels.com

It was amazing. Our family of 5 stayed here and each interaction with the staff was very friendly. I wish I would’ve gotten the name of the staff member who worked last night because she was super friendly and helpful not only to me but I noticed with everyone I saw her interacting with. The breakfast buffet was truly amazing, my husband and children are picky eaters so for them to like it was definitely a plus😂This was our first time staying here and we’ll definitely be back.

A block or two away you are in the middle of everything (downtown). Customer Service was excellent. Building was in pristine condition. Overall great experience

This hotel was very accommodating and we had a wonderful stay.

The room a/c didn’t work well it stayed most of the time at 76 degrees and on their website it stated the pool was heated the pool was cold as ice my family couldn’t even swim because it was so cold. We chose the hotel for that reason. Then come to find out there was a parking fee that wasn’t on their website and wasn’t told about when I checked in. Do not stay at this property.

nice suite but homeless people were outside the motel. also, very inconvenient parking and right off highway. so very difficult getting out of parking lot.

It was great. No complaints at all. 10/10 I will recommend. And returning in 2 weeks for a concert.

The suite was beautiful! Very, very clean, and front desk was fantastic. Breakfast buffet included plus indoor pool.

We saw two roaches in the room and we were double-charged.

It was a nice stay. The pool was the main reason we chose here for my daughter. The hotel itself could have been a bit cleaner but apparently, there was a Jellyroll concert the night before in Columbia. I think that affected our check-in or being able to get in a bit early. Staff was very friendly.
