The reception staff was really unhelpful. When I asked for help they wrote some notes on my booking as we couldn’t end up staying and he put words in my mouth that I didn’t say! He refused to give me something in writing after speaking to the GM. Really unhelpful

We were given a complementary upgrade on our room and late checkout. The breakfast was lovely with a gorgeous view from the restaurant. The member of staff who checked us in was extremely helpful. Would definitely stay here again. Located just outside of Marlow but easy to order an Uber / Bolt which cost approximately £8

I would recommend this hotel

The worst service. Location is a 30 minute walk away from High Street. Amenities were slim and poorly maintained. The restaurant is highly priced for food, coffee and beverages that aren't close to being freshly made. Some of the breakfast items were microwaved packages food, yet the cost was premium. Wi-fi is spotty around the grounds. Staff is truly unhelpful in every regard and will not go out of their way to assist you during your stay. There were many times that we asked for basic things, only to be met with a curt response and a poor attitude with an unwillingness to help.

We are just home from a lovely weekend at the hotel. We arrived tired and were met by a warm welcome and smiles from all the staff. From the cleaners to the restaurant, the bar and reception all of the staff were cheerful, helpful and polite. The view from the bar and restaurant is lovely and it was nice to have a drink in the evening looking at the lake. Will return. Very nice, restful stay.

All good but didn’t have real decaffeinated coffee. Swimming pool a bit too hot for us but realise that some people like it hot.

Lack of ambiance in the restaurant and bar lets this hotel down

Lovely hotel with large comfortable room, great leisure facilities, outdoor playground and delicious food.

The room was very clean, modern and spacious. A little fridge was stocked and the usual tea and coffee were available. The gym is small but had everything that I wanted to use, the spa area was clean and everything worked. Reception and room service staff were professional, polite and friendly. I slept well, felt safe and genuinely enjoyed my stay.

Very nice, quiet and clean pool and spa facilities. Quiet hotel and lots of space for meetings around the various parts of the F&B facilities.

Very cheap all round, dirty, staff not particularly friendly, put in a disabled room. Not a very enjoyable experience from start to finish. This hotel has gone down hill rapidly, sad to see.

Nice and clean hotel. Friendly staff. Prabhakar in reception was nice and helpful. Tasty food. Room service menu was also good. Nice and clean pool. Gym ok - machines rusty and noisy but can get things done. Recommend and will go again.

This is a nice hotel with good facilities: pool, gym, conference centre - all that is great. Front staff also nice and helpful . The one thing that is really POOR, and something I am always not looking forward is the breakfast. What a let down! I travel a lot and stay in various hotels in both UK and Europe - I have to say this is one of the worst breakfast you can get, just a tiny bit better that Travelodge (and there is come for free and not £19) - poor choice, options are boring, predictable, not at all health conscious, poor presentation and very mediocre quality.
