Excellent for family trips. About 20 minutes walking distance to the pier.. near to restaurants and shops. Landscaping its beautifully done. Staff very nice and professional. The price was also great!

I stayed for two nights the second day after coming back from working hard I expected clean sheets on my bed and clean towels in the bathroom, but that did not happen. I had to go get towels from the front office and coffee for my room for the next morning, which would’ve been my last day there. I was informed that I would have to stay at least three full nights in order to get any kind of made service whatsoever so if you’re going for two nights, you better make sure you have enough towels and enough coffee in your room because you will not get made service. Very disappointed with that. If I would’ve had made service, the scores would’ve been a lot better.

Within walking distance to the quaint downtown area of Capitola and many other places.

The places was filthy. People were working on their cars in the parking lot with oil leaking everywhere. The room was not made and obviously someone had just been resting on the bed with the TV on. It was totally gross.

Everyone was very friendly and the room is comfortable. It is a good choice for people who want to explore Capitola. It is about 1 mile to downtown Capitola with the beach and many great restaurants to enjoy.

The room was very clean and the staff was nice, the breakfast was very minimal.

Nice staff at check out. The staff at check in was not very welcoming. Didn’t even let me know there was breakfast. The room was great! The bed was comfortable and had plenty of pillows. I would stay here again.
