Perfect place to walk around the river walk

We have stayed here at this location twice in the past year. The staff are friendly and our stay was pleasant. We love that we can walk to all the restaurants and sites we were visiting for. We will be back!.

It has obviously been renovated, and it is nice and clean with everything functioning. It was a very comfortable stay.

The view of the city was nice but that was the only good thing about it. When we arrived at our room it smelled like mold and the elevators reeked of urine, dont know why because pets are not allowed. Not worth what we payed.

Hotel & room were clean easy to walk to the Riverwalk, valet staff super friendly

Staff was very friendly. Everything was clean in my room but could have used a once over with a duster on some ledges. Even on the 11th floor the view was not the best from my room but nothing to be done about that. You cant move buildings.

Parking is an issue with every downtown property but the valet workers are very quick and polite.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. There were not many food options inside the hotel.

Went here for a day with family. It’s on the Riverwalk so close to everything. We had purchased parking in advance, which I recommend, as it is valet only and it’s cheaper in advance. A nice place to stay.
