El hotel es hermoso y la habitación también está de 10, lo único que no me gustó es que no había almohadas firmes, la luz entraba un poco por la mañanas a través de las cortinas y al ser toda la iluminación inteligente una lámpara de la salita prendía y apagan todo el tiempo, pero dejando de lado eso, la experiencia fue increíble, todo era lujo

Such an amazing place to stay! Every single staff member from housekeeping to front desk were phenomenal and made the stay so much better. The spa and carlino restaurant is what we had tried and both were amazing as well with service and food tasted good! Definitely recommended for a restful stay.

Great hotel, in a great location

Fantastic stay! The room was just what we’re looking for. Hotel amenities and staff were excellent. Definitely returning.

Shangri-La Vancouver was an exceptional stay with respectful staff, a large room size for two, and a location at the heart of downtown. The daily evening service was appreciated, with kind staff and many complimentary goods. The included breakfast at Carlino (bib gourmand) also had a calm ambiance, alongside its great menu and city view. It was walking distance from most if not all the prominent landmarks and locations of the downtown area.

Quality service

We were treated horrible for coming from the states. There was dill pickles in the lobby! They didn’t honor our VIP credit. The spa is a disappointment has no steam room for the men and the sauna wasn’t warm. Vincent acted aggressive and they didn’t honor $50 inconveniences credit. Our bedding had someone else’s blood stains. Baris was rude and it took 40 min to check in because they gave us someone else’s room with their cookie amenity. Very rude staff and they serve spoiled food and there negligence could have caused us food poisoning.I would never recommend this motel 6 of a hotel this should be stripped from Forbes and pictures will be sent to them.
