Food service was not available and breakfast was not served that day. Otherwise a quiet and peaceful place to rest.

Nice to have breakfast and parking. In need for an update of the bedding and bathroom.

The location was good with the bus to the City stopping just outside. The hotel was tired and some areas in need of a good clean. Overall very disappointing.

Good location for rugby, going to airport or into the city. Bus stop right outside the door. Bed linen fresh and clean. Not much else positive to say. Whole B+B (not a hotel) run down and scruffy. Entry door with chipped paint and dirty, car park weedy and old cigarette butts lying around do not give a 1st good impression (my heart sank).Silicone and duct tape holding bits together. Only 1 sachet of coffee. Wet, manky duvet appeared in the bath during the night and still there in the morning. Continental breakfast poor but cooked good. English speaking gentleman at check in but 2 chinese people (while very nice) do breakfast and checkout in the morning with relatively poor English. The Bothy (Murrayfield Hotel) 5-7 minutes walk away nearest for food and drink. I wouldn't stay again.

The hotel was plain, nothing too exciting or remarkable, but the staff made it a pleasant stay and they were kind. The elderly gentleman who welcomed us made sure we got breakfast at 5am because we had to leave early for a flight.

Hotel is showing it's age but is Ok for an overnight stay. I slept well and the breakfast was good. Bus stop to Edinburgh right outside

The property is convenient with bus stop right on the street, but it’s of poor quality without hot water and with very squeaky floors. However the owner is very friendly and the area looks quite safe.

Hotel is quite run down, shower was a trickle no pressure and took 15 mons to warm up. Tv was smaller than a portable with limited channels. Bathroom was very dusty and the metal shower gel holder was rusty. The toilet seat was broken. Skipped breakfast as was not sure the standard of the kitchen based on the state of of my room. 1 star at best.

Would never stay there again. Room was so small for two people, no ensuite bathroom.

The property is in need of maintenance.

Convenient spot close to the airport

Convenient location, great friendly helpful staff, easy check in and check out, breakfast ok, a bit dated and needs an overhaul. Ok for what we required

Double room quite tight with a few bits falling off, TV in wrong position, toilet refill motor noisy etc.

Not clean enough, run down.

Parking plus service

Ich hatte das Ensuite Zimmer. Auch wenn es natürlich kein luxus hotel ist, was es sehr sauber, das Personal sehr freundlich und die Lage super für eine Durchreise: Nah am Flughafen und Edinburgh. Parkplatz ist vorhanden auf dem Gelände und so weit ich weiss, hat es auch gleich an der Strasse Busstops. Beim Frühstück hat man alles, was man braucht mit Auswahlmöglichkeit.

Litet hotell men bra bussförbindelser in till Edinburgh centrum och flygplatsen och trevlig personal. Rummet kändes däremot inte som det städats innan vi kom dit. Sängen var trasig och det var smutsigt på väggarna och taket trasigt. Frukosten var okej, om man nöjer sig med en enkel frukost.
