Very friendly people. Very modern and good room, in the heart of Saint Malo. This made the evening quite loud. Lots of people partying in the street. Restaurant was fully booked and they did not ask us the make a reservation. The pool is also on reservation, for us it was completely booked, which is not logical and a pity.

The suite we booked was advertised on Expedia as having air con (a crucial decision in booking with a newborn) but when we arrived to heatwave weather the staff said none of the apartment rooms have air conditioning and we were instead given a fan to use. Other advertised features like a safe were also missing. We paid for early check in only for the room not to be ready at the agreed time despite being charged. I also messaged 6 months in advance of the trip requesting a bath or baby bath and was assured by reception that both were included, only to find neither in the room; it took 24 hours and 5 trips to reception with multiple promises of ‘we will deliver it in 20 mins’ to ‘we’ve lost it’ to ‘it will be with you by 9am tomorrow’ to finally get a bath to wash our baby. The cleaners were lovely and did a brilliant job and the location was great. The apartments are in a building opposite the hotel, again, not the ‘suite’ experience advertised but a perfect location for st Malo. Be aware when booking that features (such as air con) may not actually be there even if you contact the hotel ahead of travel.

Super cute and modern hotel in an area where everything else is older. Very convenient location in Intra Muros. Staff was helpful with parking info and restaurant recommendations. The only problem is that there is no parking available and it was very hard and windy to actually get to the hotel to drop off our stuff. We ended up paying a fair amount to park in Q Park nearby, which turned out to be very convenient.

The stay was great all the staff were really helpful and the rooms were lovely. Its in a great spot too.

Très bon hôtel intramuros, à la fois calme et proche de tout. L’hôtel est récent, les chambres sont bien agencées et le personnel est très agréable. Je suis ravi d’y avoir séjourné quelques jours.

Très bel hôtel dans les remparts de St Malo. La piscine réservable est un vrai plus. Hôtel récent (2024), très bien insonorisé. Décoration agréable (pas comme les chaînes standardisées). Personnel très agréable. Je recommande !

Friendly and helpful reception staff, every interaction was met with a smile. Provided with upgraded room on arrival. Very quiet room……. A very relaxing stay and St Malo is always a great place to visit for a taste of France🍷

We visit St Malo every year and decided to stay at the Hôtel Anne de Bretagne for the first time. It was wonderful and we will definitely be making it the hotel we return to.

Erinomainen huone mutta ihana kokolattiamatto ei ole tätä päivää. Vielä se on puhdas ja pehmeä… Ilmastointi pelitti vaikka ulkona oli 38 astetta! Aamiainen perus mutta ei mitään erikoista. Hotelli erinomaisella paikalla rannan ja keskustan välissä

We love this hotel! Our room was quite large and comfortable. We had a full set of windows that let in light and air. The hotel is on a quiet small side street in the old city. The hotel also has good air conditioning which is a relief when the weather gets hot in the summer. The reception staff are helpful and professional.

Excellent hotel! It is centrally located in Saint-Malo’s Ild Town. Importantly, it has excellent climate control and it even has a pool, which is helpful for families. I have stayed at many hotels in France, and this is the best. The rooms are small, but they are comfortable, well appointed, and clean. W

Reception staff are outstanding. Facilities are very modern and clean. Great location in walled city. Restaurant is good but waitress needs some training in customer service - or perhaps additional staff to help when it's busy.

We stayed in the annex across the road from the hotel , we were upgraded when we arrived late from the boat . We loved it so much that we have rebooked for later in the year .
