Struttura bellissima, camera grande, comoda elegante e bella

I use this regularly in passing through. You can sometimes get a room in the Chateau for the price of the BW venue. The restaurants are very good. So is the bar.

It was lovely and we really enjoyed our time. We will be back in the future.

Amazing place.

My only problem was late night access, let them know if you are delayed. Also, access to some of the outside rooms is via stairs, and if you have mobility issues, this can be tricky, ask ahead of time.

The BW hotel itself was closed and had to check in at another hotel, 150 meters away. This is also where the breakfast is served the next morning, so had to walk back and forth through the rain twice. The room was in another, 3rd building. Also, I booked this hotel because it had a gym and although the pictures and description say otherwise, the lady at the reception (of the other hotel) said there is no gym at all. So another walk through the rain for nothing. So all toghether a bad experience for quite a big price

I love this hotel and have used it several times as a stop off before driving back to England via the Tunnel. The French Chateau is a perfect setting and I have seen many French groups using it for weddings and work meetings.

I have stayed here a few times and have never been disappointed.

Les equipements proposés dans l'annonce ne sont en réalité pas disponible ( salle de sport) . Sachant cela j'ai demandé, une semaine a l'avance l'annulation et remboursements de mon sejour . Tout simplement refuser . Ces methodes sont scandaleuse ! Car c'est l'hotel qui est en faute.

Hidden gem. Selection of restaurants near hotel. Large culinary garden that services the 3 restaurants. Great food and wonderful ambiance.

Very nice hotel. We checked in very late at night but still received an efficient and friendly welcome

We were in room 302 opposite the restaurant, music, noisy customers and the worst smell of cigar smoke. Do not stay here if you want a good night sleep after a long drive. No air conditioning, it was 34c, and you can’t open the windows due to cigar and cigarette smoke. The worst night sleep ever😢

Un hôtel pour deux !!??? Bonjour à mon arrivé j’ai remarqué l’entrée de l’hôtel best western était fermé. J’ai du passé par un autre hôtel pour obtenir la clé de ma chambre. L’accueil déborder entrée encaissement consommation clients plus checking. De plus pas de climatisation ni de salle de sport La description de l’hôtel est trompeuse. De ce faite, le prix de la chambre n’est pas bon trop cher.

I was charged for two meals I didn't have and when I tried to explain the hotel didn't want to know. The French company I work for will follow this up.

Heating wasn't adequate. Very cold indeed

Amazing Place. Old Monastry converted into a Hotel.

Excellent had everything we wanted and the meal in the distillery was really good. This is our third trip and will use again
