Wonderful restful stay

Got up for a nice breakfast came down just after 9 it was a Sunday morning looking forward to a nice brunch. everything was closed staff told me we missed it. I asked if there was a restaurant in the building, was told it opens at 5pm. Had to go out and find a breakfast. Very Disappointing will not stay there again.

People in room beside us were loud all hours of the early morning banging on the door for 10 minutes straight the one morning brutal put all the 20 People on the same floor beside eachother why! Its new years spread them out like 8 people came outa that room too unreal

Staff was not helpful at all. Our room did not get cleaned at all; constantly had to ask the front desk for more towels. Needed a light fixed and they didn’t do it so we asked for a lightbulb to do it ourselves

Excellent breakfast included, dining there is also very good. Very chill vibe. We loved it.

The bedding was very nice. The mattress was a 1980’s style bouncey spring thing . I couldn’t believe it. Not the standard in good hotels these days. Hotel needs some TLC. Pool & Hot tub were nice. Room was clean. Breakfast was excellent . They had Eggs Benedict w/bacon & sausage and crisp potatoes, lots of cut up different fruits. Even banana bread!

Room was clean and well stocked.

The room was fabulous I was upgraded to a king suite. The only issue was every time the furnace kicked in I could smell cigarette smoke.
