It was our third visit and was as lovely as all of the other times before. Incredible location, nice rooms, lovely swimming pool, views for days… will definitely be back

Great helpful staff

Our bedroom was a scam, we paid almost $700 USD for a deluxe room with a supposed « garden » view (Carnaval period), we only had one window, we had a very cheap courtyard with all the hotel building surrounded us. In consequence, almost no natural light. They told us the hotel was full so they could not offer something else, but the day after (when we checked out) we actually learnt it was not. We were super disappointed because it was recommended by our friend and it came out so cheap. I’ve checked out the price, we actually paid (certainly because of carnaval) more than the night cost of their master suite (announced at $600) for the worst and cheapest room ever. As for the brunch, overall not too bad, but wouldn’t recommend the egg Benedict with salmon, but their salmon smelled so fishy. We met another American couple who tried this too and they couldn’t eat the salmon either. The hotel amenities are very nice, the swimming pool is great, with a nice view and the overall architecture of the building is beautiful. We recommend the neighborhood which is nice.

This will go down as one of the best properties we have ever stayed at and we have stayed at plenty across the world. It was even rated as one of the best places to stay in the world by Forbes in 2023. I have already started to look at the MGallery properties and am looking to stay with them as much as possible. So happy we ended our trip here!

A beautiful hotel in the heart of Santa Teresa . Loved the ambiance. Spa was great. Rooms are a great size and Clean! Breakfast was amazing every morning. I would definitely come back here !

Fantastisk byggnad, bra service. Området runt hotellet är mysigt och en upplevelse om än lite stora nivåskillnader. Hotellet är definitivt i behov av en restauration då många områden inte lever upp till lyx nivå.

The hotel is adorable and the staff is very friendly. Santa Teresa is a artsy neighborhood with great food and entertainment options. The only issue with my stay is that they leave delicious complimentary chocolate & coffee cookies in the room and they attract hundreds of ants. I appreciate the gesture but they must realize this is an issue in the property. I probably ate a dozen tiny ants before I saw them crawling all over my hand and arm.

O hotel é lindo, equipe muito simpática, atenciosa e bem preparada. Área da piscina é ótima. Restaurante muito bom. Café da manhã gostoso, mas os pães do café da manhã são bem ruins… croissant seco e duro. Outros pães tb com boa aparência, mas sabor ruim. O banheiro do quarto não é bom. Banheiro não tem porta, o que atrapalha privacidade. Uma pequena janela dentro da área do chuveiro que precisava ficar fechada o tempo todo, inclusive cortinas. Chuveiro dentro da banheira. Vendem o conceito de quarto com banheira, mas é uma banheira bem precária… Daquelas dentro do box, nada confortável. Seria muito melhor um bom chuveiro com acesso melhor do que essa banheira como é. Área do vaso sanitário tb muito pequena e sem ventilação, com teias de aranha nos cantinhos… As toalhas não secam pela falta de ventilação e por terem apenas pequenos ganchos para toalhas que não permitem essa secagem.

Spend half your time in Ipanema, the other half here. impeccable grou es, facilities, service. Lovely setting meticulously maintained. Friendly. One of the best restaurants in the city looking over the harbor and Centro. Some.great.neigjborhiid.places too such as Bar Maneiro. Great walk via colorful Lido steps to downtown and historical. attractions.

Amazing place at the lovely neighborhood of Santa Tereza. Will definitely be coming back, food and service was 7 stars.

The people really made our stay special. Always willing to help and go out of their way to make our stay comfortable and memorable. Wish they had luggage racks in the room.

This is my favorite get away in Rio. The grounds, pool area and buildings are just perfect. I hope they never change a thing. We checked in early and never left the hotel for 24 hours as the restaurant and bar on site are perfect. Thanks for an amazing time, and we will be back soon!

Otimo refugio na paz de Santa Tereza e ao lado do cebtro do Rio com tudo que um hotel pode ter num espaço pequeno onde voce se sente em casa com restaurante muito bom e cafe da manhã inesquecivel. Vale o que cobra.

Estadia incrível. Tudo impecável. Atendimento de excelência.
