Good service.

They kept talking our towels and not replacing them, the slide was down 3 days for repairs, then opened prematurely. As a result my daughter got hurt on the slide. Piece of fiberglass under her big toe. Had to go to the emergency room. The hotel never checked in, I had to call after filing an incident report to get them to respond. We spent our last 4 days in the hotel room bear of her injury.

They have upgraded amenities as to text for hotel service commodities reminding you such as check out time, availability to bring more towels or pillows, but they couldn’t notify me that the pool was closed due to an incident and yet I’ve walked with my two autistic children to the pool, ecstatic to swim. I need to see it shut down, so I needed to go to the next pool over which the shuttle was overbooked and stuffed therefore having to walk to the next hotel over for their pool which was a lower serviced pool stuffed to maximum capacity of people in which ended my day to come to my hotel room and notice little things missing; such as my hairbrush, liquid eyeliner, and my lighter. Spoke to the front desk which didn’t speak English as her first language and she couldn’t help with my needs and understanding what my issues were. I have all the text messages with me asking to make a report and question their ethics in cleaning a room because when I entered my room upon check in their was sand on my bedroom rug and in the shower.

Gorgeous place!!!

Very pretty and well cared for grounds. Only issue was the elevator was out of order and notification came over 24 hours after we arrived.

Property is gorgeous and true resort feel.

We had a great time in this hotel and travel around Big Island.

We stayed here for 4 nights and had an amazing time! The rooms are a great size, the property is beautiful and all of the staff are super nice and welcoming. We will definitely be booking this hotel for next year!

The room was nice and everything would have been excellent, but we had challenges getting consistent refresh of wash cloths and towels. Also, cleaning during our stay was not great. We actually had to ask for a broom so we could do the basic sweep up. This was a 12 night stay and we wanted to keep our room clean for ourselves. We really like the resort and hope they can work on the service details. We don’t try and sweat the smaller stuff, but it would have been nice to have to not call the front desk for new towels and better room clean up service.

Great facilities for families of all ages

Room wasnt ready till after 4p. However they did offer me late checkout. Would definitely recommend!

Property was beautiful. An oriental female who’s a manager there had a really bad attitude when I requested a ground level room if possible. All she had to say was No. So much for R and R.
