Sofya için ideal. "Harika bir konaklama deneyimi yaşadık! Otelin konumu, odaların temizliği ve yatakların rahatlığı iyiydi. Türkçe bilen personel son derece güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Kahvaltısı çeşitli ve lezzetliydi. Hem iş hem de tatil amaçlı seyahat eden herkese gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederim."

otelin eski olması ve en büyük fiyaskosu 3 gün boyunca klimasının çalışmıyor olması kötüydü !!! oda temizliği; kirli, tozlu, daha önceden yere dökülmüş yapışkan, sıvı izleri fotoğrafta görüldüğü gibi değildi. kahvaltı çeşitleri zayıftı. casino makinaları 1990 lı yıllardan kalma türkiye istanbul princsess otelin yani otel genel olarak 1990 lı yıllada kalmış, 2026 ya gelememiş :(

A limpeza do quarto foi muito nal feita noa dias que ficamos, a banheira estava vazando agua embaixo e os travesseiros eram muito ruins. Pedi mais dois, mesmo assim não estava confortável. A localização é excelente e o atendimento do pessoal maravilhoso.

The hotel is good, but it needs renovation. The room furniture and bathroom finishes were from the 1980s. The window was broken, and there were other minor problems in the room, as shown in the photos. The stay was worthwhile because of the excellent location, two tram stops from the main attractions.

O hotel possui um cassino, e quando estive hospedado o ar condicionado chegava no mínimo de 25°C, o quarto estava um calor insuportável. A equipe me forneceu um ventilador, mas não foi suficiente pra refrescar o quarto. Os frequentadores do Cassino também incomodam os hóspedes do hotel…. Por outro lado tem um Spa Excelente!

Çalışanlar iyi niyetli ve yardımsever fakat otel gerçekten çok eski. Kapalı havuz imkanı var ama kalabalık ve çok yeterli değil, Spa da yeterli değil, küçük ve verdiğiniz paraya değmeyecek düzeyde. Yine de Otel merkez istasyonuna ve metroya yanında, uygun fiyatlı bulunursa kalınabilecek bir otel.

Çok yetersiz kahvaltı. Daha iyi olbilirdi

Room is clean, breakfast was good. Location is perfect. Staffs are very accommodating.

My room was spacious with everything I needed including comfortable bed, and opening windows, though it was slightly rundown. Meets 4.5 star by Western standards. This is a big hotel and casino complex with indoor pool, spa treatments, steam rooms and the lot, and at a much, much cheaper rate than I expected in late spring, you get a but of all the good stuff, including pretty extensive full buffet breakfast. I'm pretty tall and the front of house manager upgraded me on arrival, the doorman recognised me on my way back in. You'll stay in some more luxurious places from time-to-time, I'm sure, but the value for money at this perfectly good level was hard to beat and I booked extra nights.

The breakfast was basic. On the second morning I have decided not to waste my time and went straight to the train station to catch my train. The room was clean but there was a strong smell of cigarettes in the common areas. The staff of the spa was not interested to assist you in anything, and that is of course after the charged you with 3 euro for swimming cap.
