Old hotel - feels like going back to the 70s. Tired and needs a major renovation. Very basic guest rooms, entertainment and breakfast restaurant. 2-3 star. Usually reserved and minimal friendliness staff. Functional without any wow!

I have high expectation to this well known Hotel brand, with so much promotions, but it's not all that great. The room is falling apart; shower head is not properly stuck to the wall. Toilet flush was stuck, it won't flush properly. I could make a proper descent plastering side of the sink, and pop-up plugs is not working, so I have to removed it to avoid overflowing water. Holes on my bed sheets. No slippers provided. The food is very expensive for just average food in the main restaurant. I ordered burger & chips and I can tell it's frozen chips, and Spaghetti with watery sauce. Breakfast is not even that impressive, serves on warm plates. The main hotel needs some proper good decor, it's very worn out; sofa's textile in the waiting area is just so worn out and dirty; I didn't even bothered to sit down. Definately won't stay here again.

Roow was awful. Everything was very old. Beds were not confortable and clean. Bathroom was a disaster. Very very dirty. Wont not go again.

The staff were polite and made everything for a pleasant stay with great flexibility when possible. Tje room was large and spacious with amazing bedding, clean amd fresh. Always plenty of hot water in the shower and the bathroom amenities of relatively good quality

Hôtel bien situé, proche de station de métro, bus et tramway. Petit-déjeuner correct. Chambre confortable mais petit bémol pour le ménage dans la chambre, nous n’avions pas de serviette de douche, les lits n’ont pas été fait le deuxième jour et à certains endroits le papier peint se décollait.

Everything was OK. I have been there many times and I keep booking it. I like the "welless area" which now, it is FREE for the hotel guests.
