Good stay, close to all the activity in the city, good restos, etc. Parking was a bit of a challenge early, but the city was walkable from the harbor.

It was good stay. The staff was excellent.

Harbour hotel staff were excellent. I had some internet connectivity issues. They contacted their ISP and the issues were resolved the next day. No issues other than that. Great location.

We had a wonderful time here. The staff were so helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend.

Walkable from the shops and had a car park (which other hotels did not).

Great location for shopping and meeting points for tours. Very clean and beautiful decor. Nice selection of foods for breakfast.

Location was good. Very much a large scale hotel. Staff friendly. Bathrooms very dated.

The hotel is good but unfortunately our AC was not working. We realized the issue last at night so did not bother the staff but they do have 24x7 frontdesk so the fault is not of the hotel. We just got unlucky. Breakfast was Great with a wide selection and hot food. Recommend the place to others as its walkable to anywhere in Galway.

We loved our stay. Quaint hotel right in the heart of galway. Way to get everywhere. We had wonderful tea right in the room. highly recommend. Staff were a pleasure.

Front desk staff was exceptional

Good location. Nice Room. Used the restaurant each of the nights we stayed. Food was good. Service was good. Staff were friendly. Car park (for a reasonable fee) for guests at the back of the hotel

The staff were great, breakfast were amazing, rooms were clean and comfortable. Great location and within walking distance to shopping and food. It was a great place to stay for our first trip To Ireland.
