When i booked in, they sent me to a room I did not book, then lied about it, hoping I wouldn't say anything. They knew the room I booked was not available, but didn't call, email or txt me. They just lied about it. I did not stay. Found accommodations elsewhere. Never going to another four seasons facility. Expedia should not be happy with the way they dealt with this either.

Wonderful staff

Close to the event we were attending, nice restaurant within walking distance The bed is hard and pillows are soft, did not make for a good sleep. Harder pillows would have helped in our situation

Great place to stay for all the time that was there My only complaint is there’s no midday food there’s breakfast and then you have to wait till five I had the 15 minute walk down to the pub other than that it was a great Stay !

It was a very nice stay!

Didn’t enjoy stay . They didn’t have body wash liquid filled up . Called but no one picked up . Called next day and then some one came . Asked front desk if we can checkout late by 1 hour. But they couldn’t accommodate.

The hot tub and sauna were great

The rooms were not great for the price. No robes, only 3 towels, 2 coffee 2 sugar and only 2 cream, and i booked a room with a tub and then realized there was only a stand up shower. Maintenance had to come 3 times to fix the heat on the wall, kept getting disturbed, the room was freezing when we got there. Tv not very good, only a few channels. All they offered for the inconvenience was a free breakfast (25$) for the price per night, i do not recommend.

We had an amazing stay. Rooms were very clean , friendly staff, great pricing. We were there for a family function and booked some tables for the evening in the bar and restaurant. Service was very slow , the food was ok. Forced gratuity was frustrating given the fact the service could have been better ! They lacked efficiency. This coming from someone who worked for 26 years in the industry. Definitely could have done better !

Great place with excellent value for your money; just wish the front desk staff were not allowed to wear cologne/perfume as the whole entry area smells of it.

Everything is around this property. Close to two major golf course. I played at Olympic View Golf Club (12 mins away from this property). Staffs are nice and breakfast at the Bar & Grill was excellent. (They give $24/ person Boucher for each individual- If you choose the breakfast option with booking). I will stay here again for sure, if you are not looking for the ocean view

The bathroom had no shampoo or conditioner which made me wonder the whole time if the bathroom had been looked over properly. The fitted sheets kept coming off the bed which was tiring to fix all night for 5 days. I asked front desk to get housekeeping to pick up my garbage and it took 3 days which was hard only because they don’t provide garbage bags. However staff was amazing and pool facilities great! Very quiet as well. I would still come back
