The NH Collection Roma Giustiniano consistently exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, specially Alessia (front desk) and Saadia (restaurant). Alessia was super nice and provided the best in class customer service. Our room was spacious, beautifully designed, and clean. The breakfast buffet was a delightful start to our day. This hotel is a great experience, and we highly recommend it. The only thing we did not like was that the AC is centralized controlled and it felt warm inside the room without the option to adjust the AC to the desirable temperature.

“The location is very convenient if you’re planning to stay near the Vatican. However, the hotel lacks the charm you’d expect in Rome. The building is old, the air conditioning never worked properly, and the rooms feel more like a basic business hotel—not luxurious at all. Breakfast was quite average. Overall, it felt overpriced for what it offers. I wouldn’t stay there again.”

Great place. Very convenient. Walking to many places and fantastic service and food. A bit pricey but you get what you pay

This is a great location. Walkable to all the sights in Rome. Modern and clean. The staff was very helpful. Add the breakfast to the room. It is well worth it and convenient.

Quarto sujo, minha família toda adoeceu pois atacou nossa alergia; não fizeram reposição de água nos primeiros dias de hospedagem; ficamos sem papel higiênico por uma noite, porque não haviam feito reposição.

Bien ubicada

1. Breakfast was the same everyday and could use some variety. Refilling took so long that there were often empty stations (especially eggs). Beverage jugs malfunctioned on 2 occasions. 2. The rooms were not ready at 3pm and we had to keep waiting. 3. The quality of the airport transfer arranged was poor. Drivers were late, looked at the phone whilst speeding and made passengers feel unsafe.

I didn’t receive any updates of room or a free water in the room and the view was to the side not to de front. My daughter’s bed was really uncomfortable
