This was one of the best hotels we have stayed in for a long time. Everything from the rooms, breakfast options, the service and the views from the room were amazing. Definitely coming back here ☺️

I didnt realize that the room with double beds is not inside the Hotel. Its outdide behind rhe Hotel in the Motel part. We were disappointed in the room as the TV volume wouldn't work and the fridge door dragged across tge carpet every time you open and closed it. We had to ask for a box of kleenex and another roll of toilet paper. No pen or scatch pad to write on and no extra blankets. We wont stay there again unfortunately.

Clean room but could use a deep clean. Some white spray marks on the bathroom door and cracks/dings in the drywall baseboard height. No bathtub only shower and toilet required a 20sec hold down on the handle to flush. Beds were very comfortable and clean. Staff were great.

Room was very clean! Comfortable beds and a cute dining area. Pleasant and helpful staff!

The room was clean, staff was very accomodating & kind. The hotel could use some updating of room furnishings. The carpet could be replaced with new flooring.

Room meets my expectations and price was fair

The room was not in the actual hotel, it was separate like the old motel style. We were very disappointed in our room. I have a bad knee, and we had to do stairs. Qw were told that because we booked on line, they put us in thecold part. Ridiculous. We wont stay here anymore.

The room had a constant noise all night from the piping in the walls

Needs updating, bathroom has a pedestal sink and no place to put things. Grounds are beautiful and well kepted.

From Julie at the front desk, to Jen in the restaurant, we found Salmon Arm Hilltop to be a really enjoyable stay. The place was tip top shape, and everyone did their utmost to make us feel welcome and totally cared for. We wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. They were so kind, friendly, and just really lovely people. Our room was huge, and we sure appreciated the kitchenette with Keurig. It was totally clean and the food downstairs was delicious. We got both breakfast and dinner. Jen was adorable and so much fun! It was off season so much slower than usual and we caught nice weather for a mini vacay just to get away. You can trust that Hilltop is a solid option. Not a single complaint. Only positive things to say.

Great stay - we will stay here again. Restaurant on site was excellent. Staff were super friendly and helpful.

The pool was the only saving grace of this property. The room and furnishings were dated, and the bed was uncomfortable. In the evening if the window was open the truck traffic outside was too loud for sleeping, and with the window closed the AC was so loud it felt like a truck was in the room. Apparently we were in the “old wing”… and it definitely showed.

The pool area is fabulous. Like you are at a resort. 2 hotubs one upstairs ( where we were staying) was nice for a late night soak.
