Clean room, friendly staff, nice pool

Room was Clean, would need some rénovations...some of the Floor tiles have to be repared and one of the chairs was broken Staff was polite and curteous

The outdoor hot tub was a pleasant surprise!

Nous adorons le St-Christophe et à chacune de nos visites a Granby, nous y séjournons toujours. Spacieux, très confortable, bien situé et personnel très sympathique

Très bel hôtel. Seulement, lorsqu'on paie au-delà de 300$ pour la nuit et qu'il manque du café et des sachets de poudre de lait, on est un peu déçu. Dans un motel à 125 $, cela passerait, mais à votre prix. Pour le reste, tout était bien, le personne l était cordial.

We had such a lovely visit! It's a beautiful old classic Hotel with a gorgeous Spa facility that we were unable to use :-) this time! But it's right on the biking paths in Granby. We rode out of the door into these beautiful long rides through the National Park and around the lake and then we're able to have dinner at the hotel which was excellent as was the breakfast. We also were able to walk into the Village area and have lovely hors d'oeuvres before one of our dinners. The owners and the staff are so welcoming and generous. It's a wonderful weekend getaway and we will definitely stay again!

I called 1 day in advance to upgrade my check-in, instead of 16hrs, I approved to be charged $$ so the check in could be at 13:30 but the option was not available !! I really disagree that when check-out, I was charged $$ for the concept of "Hotel Service Fee", due to I requested to take the breakfast at the Bistro Picollo. Added to that the SAUNA was out of service. We asked for the assistance and the answer was, it's not working. I do NOT recommend the place. We paid a considerable amount of money and we expect that services are functionals. =/

Dans l'ensemble un bon séjour, tout est pas mal bien, juste que certains éléments sont un peu négligés.
