Didn't care for the added $45 facility fee. No coffee maker or extra waters in our room. Our room was spacious and surprisingly quite for the 5th floor.

The property is well maintained, clean, quiet. Service and communication with staff members was outstanding. We received a welcome msg before our arrival, check-in was smooth as well as checking out. Had a wonderful experience.

Rooms were spacious and clean. Location is quiet and grants easy access to the subway. Service was friendly and helpful when needed. I’d definitely recommend this hotel for short or longer stays.

The Staff was excellent. Rooms and hallways filthy dirty. In our room, the vent had thick dust and looked like they haven’t been cleaned, smelled smoky. Fresh brown stain on the carpet, hallways had dust and didn’t look like it’s been edged. Dirt and dust in the platform of the bed and mattress. Super disappointed for what they charged us.

The rooms were contemporary and minimalist. Quiet, clean and friendly atmosphere in the hotel. The train stop was right out the front door and allowed me to get to Uptown in less than 30 minutes.

Indefensibly overpriced . Anodyne property that you’ll forget the moment u leave, except the indifferent and incompetent service will remain in your memory
