Mon coffre-fort ne fonctionnait pa alors que j’aurais voulu m’en servir. J’ai signalé le problème dès le début de mon séjour de 5 nuits. Ils n’ont rien fait pour y remédier. Hormis cette carence le personnel est gentil. Le petit déjeuner est bon sans être exceptionnel. L’utilisation de la machine à café à volonté dans le salon près de la réception est un gros atout. Ma chambre était calme mais le matelas trop dur à mon goût. Le problème réside dans la décoration que je trouve impersonnelle, on se croirait dans le hall d’accueil d’une grande entreprise, style moderne, avec une prédominance de couleurs noire et rouge que je n’aime pas idem dans les chambres.

Veldig fint hotel, med gode tilbud og kort vei til byen og matbutikker. Heisen var treig og det var litt varmt på rommet.

What a great hotel and excellent staff. Hotel is a great location and the little square opposite sets the location apart. We will definitely stay again and cannot fault the hotel and location. Plus the breakfast was superb with a tremendous variety.

I’m incredibly satisfied with my stay! The staff were very professional and incredibly accommodating, always making sure I felt welcome and comfortable. My room was lovely — clean, tidy, and well-maintained throughout my visit. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!

The location is great. Most locations are walking distance. The room is very clean and comfortable. The staff were so nice and helpful. Definitely will go vack again.

We had a wonderful time. The hotel is located to many transport links and walkable to the centre. Many restaurants around the hotel. It was my birthday and the staff were so friendly to organise something special for me. Made our stay special!

Great hotel for a short visit to Budapest. Slightly out of the main area but so walkable with so much around locally. Very comfortable stay with a good room. Staff very polite and friendly. Enjoyed the complimentary hot drinks that is available in the lobby. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Excellent property. The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly, and the location was top notch. The breakfast was good, but it was very busy so sometimes you were waiting a bit for the staff to refill something. We went during a peak travel weekend, so that's probably why. The staff worked very hard during that time. It's in a very walkable area and the Bolt drivers knew the hotel so it was easy for them to find it. They offer luggage storage if you arrive before you can check-in, and the front desk staff did their best to accommodate an early check-in when possible (we were able to get in about 2 hours earlier). Highly recommend!
