Luxurious place to stay. Comfortable clean rooms with excellent staff. Good food and well-manned bar. Pleasant out-door sitting area next to swimming pool which was however not heated, so inaccessible in winter. Very good spa services. Special mention is due to some of the staff for their part in making our stay so memorable including Bhagwat, Kishan, Jeetu, Arupam, Anjali, Amit, Ravinder, Rajender Dube and Neetu.

Everything about my stay was first class. I enjoyed every moment, if it wasn't so far from home I would come every year.

The staffs were very courteous and helpful. The food in the restaurant was delicious. I found the food bit more on the spicer side even after asking for low spicy food. I had a temple view room with a king size bed. The bedroom was very spacious. The bed foam had the right amount of firmness. The bathroom had all the amenities. The AC controller in the room didn’t work in setting a specific temperature. Getting a staff from the hotel didn’t help either.

The service is excellent. However, depending on the room, the inside is completely visible from the poolside, making it difficult to relax.

I was charged twice by the hotel. Reservations was done through Expedia and they told me no payment had been issued BUT the next day they told me they shall ask for refund asap and two weeks later l have not heard from them nor refund has been issued!!!!

Hotel situado en un maravilloso jardín y de una edificación comodisima . Instalaciones cómodas y excelentemente cuidadas. Habitación cómoda , amplia y el único pero sería el estado del baño, correcto pero quizá necesitaría una pequeña renovación . A pesar de ello el hotel es totalmente recomendable y el personal es muy atento estando pendiente de tus necesidades

The room was beautiful and spacious with a nice big window. Very comfortable. The buffet breakfast was great. The lunch and dinners at the hotel were also very good.

Hotel very close to the airport and to the temples…not possible to walk from the hotel as the gate is closed…despite what they say in the description. unfortunately big wedding took the space of the swimming pool for all day…no alternative…rooms are simple but clean, breakfast more Indian than continental, Overall, hotel can be modernised a bit, service is good and attentive,

While the service and cleanliness were excellent, the hotel is a bit dated. Food options are adequate, but could be better. Extremely convenient location for the temples and the dance festival.

An excellent property to enjoy a visit to Khajuraho. The staff and management made us feel very welcome; attended to our needs and exceeded expectations! The restaurant offered a good selection in their menu - we took advantage of the local dishes which were delicious. Good value for money; and definitely recommended. I lost my wallet prior to arriving. Hence, I had no plastic card to use for charging payment for my stay. I emailed the property asking if they could provide a method of online payment, where I could enter a card number, without having to provide the plastic card. (I had been able to make a similar arrangement with some of the lodging I stayed at prior to arriving here.) Multiple inquiries received no response. Couldn't even be bothered to say 'no'. Fortunately, I was able to wire myself cash just prior to arrival. So I paid in cash. I should have received the princely sum of 120 rupees in change, but the best they could offer was 100, with a promise to come up with a 20 at a later time. Sadly, they were unable to follow through on this commitment. Well, pocketing the 20 does improve the margins. Every little bit helps! Most of the workers here were helpful. But I have nothing good to say about the fellow who checked me in and pocketed the 20. PS: My one email inquiry that did get an answer was regarding the cost of an airport pickup. (Always respond when the there's a revenue opportunity!) To which they responded with a ridiculous price.
