La suite est vielle, pas très propre... Personnel correct. Les black out ne fonctionnant pas très bien... bref ne mérite pas du tout son prix.

We had celebrated our anniversary here for five days. All the service here is so wonderful, and we had a good time staying here. Will come next time :)

地點是真的很方便 一出去就是百貨跟餐廳 服務也很好 有問必答 馬上處理 還有房務每天打掃的也很乾淨 大推薦 只是舊了一點 其他沒問題

市内中心部に位置し利便性は抜群。ショッピングや食事も便利な場所にありながら、ホテルに一歩入れば落ち着いたアーバンリゾートの空間が拡がります。 部屋も広くて快適。窓際のバスタブにゆったり浸かってリラックスタイムを楽しみました。冷蔵庫の中身がフリードリンクなのも良かったです。次回も必ず此処に泊まろうと思います。

Great service right from the start to the finish, accommodation was clean. Home delivery food was very delicious they listened attentively to all the requests made. Complimentary fruit every evening, minibar and an upgrade! Will definitely come for longer when I next visit Shanghai. Will be recommending to friends and family.
