Clean room couldn't open window not a problem for 1 night didn't have breakfast

Chais in restaurant need attention. Room was lovely and clean. Reception was a bit short and unwelcoming it felt.

One night (Tuesday) stay after a theatre visit. Haven’t stayed at the hotel since the Ramada days and was pleasantly surprised by the hotel. Obviously had been referred since we last stayed and very impressed with it room very clean, nice sized bathroom (although a little high getting in bath for a shower ok for me as I’m 6-2 but a little struggle for her who is 5-4). Bed super comfy lovely nights sleep. Nice selection of tea coffee etc. no fridge in room which was not an issue for 1 night. Staff pleasant and helpful. Didn’t eat at hotel so cannot comment. Overall Excellent 5 ⭐️ 👍

Best hotel in Southport

Stayed for 2 nights for the races with friends. Superior double was really comfortable, sizeable enough and clean. Staff were very friendly. Ate fish and chips in the restaurant the first night which was lovely and served promptly. Buffet breakfast offered hot and cold and all we needed. Would stay again.

We stayed for 4 nights at the Southport hotel and these were some of the tiniest rooms I’ve ever seen. We probably should’ve looked closely at the measurements of the room. We had a bunch of luggage as we were visiting from Australia. Brekky was good, people friendly but rooms too small and beds were very uncomfortable.

The hotel is easy to find on the edge of the marine lake. The reception staff were friendly and kind enough to upgrade us to a superior room. The hotel was clean and smart, the room was comfortable with choice of tea and coffee making facilities. The bed was comfortable and the room quiet and with excellent blackout curtains. Literally nothing to dislike about our stay.

The inside of the hotel is far nicer than it looks from the outside. We booked a dog friendly family room. The room was clean, the beds comfy. The bathroom was well fitted and the shower was really poweful, which was pleasing. Overall very happy. The breakfast was quite nice, with good quality ingredients. Two 'even better if' s'. 1) The coffee in the morning was not good. It was dispensed out of a big urn. Not great quality/choice and not hot. 2) squeeky floorboards. I would stay there again.

Clean room. Nice deep bath. Tv central to bed. Very friendly check in lady. We stay here a lot and no complaints so far.

We had a great time in Southport and the Hotel was brilliant the room were very nice and the breakfast was very good.

We had a lovely stay in the waterfront hotel. The rooms were very nice and the breakfast was great.

I was on the third floor and the internet was perfect no issues at all. Room was lovely and clean, bedding and towels brilliant white and the biscuits were an added touch. Attached humans restaurant.

Fantastically friendly staff lovely breakfast. Comfy beds relaxing atmosphere.
