Apartments had everything you needed for a self catering stay . Very well equipped . Good location to explore Adeje. Apartments were noisy due to the very close proximity of numerous bars . Noise volume significant. Not of ideal if you are seeking peace and quiet. Other residents using pool disrespectful of other pool users. Swearing loudly and general inconsideration . Not for us and won’t be returning.

A wonderful holiday experience from check in to check out. Great location for restaurants and bars. The pools and the laundry service are both great. Highly recommended hotel for a relaxing holiday.

Our aortment was exceptionally clean, towels change every 2 days even though we was only staying for 4 nights cleaner still offered to clean our room, reception staff are always pleasant welcoming and helpful. Pool area well maintained overall great experience

The position of our room made our stay very stressful and unable to relax. The front door kitchen and bathroom windows were basically in the pub sitting area if you opened them you could pat customers on the head.the noise from the pubs started from 8am and continued until midnight if you thought you could escape it by going on the balcony think again we were directly above more bars and food outlets so more noise and food smells all day and night.

The room was spotless, bed was comfortable, great location at the square. Rachel was very friendly when we checked in, chatty and knowledgeable.

Checking in could have been better ! And request for near pool and lower floor totally ignored as we ended up on the 3rd floor with no lift . Heated pool and jacuzzi cold .... Rules around the complex were just ignored especially at the small pool and nobody did anything to correct this ...ie towels on sunbeds for hours with nobody appearing Noise after midnight ! On the plus side staff lovely ...apartment and balcony lovely .

Second time visiting Sunset Bay and still love it! Rooms are extremely clean, bit more on the basic side, and spacious. Location is ideal to visit all areas in Costa Adeje.
