Penilaian & Ulasan Keseluruhan Les Roches Rouges, a Beaumier hotel

This will be my second time visiting this property and it's my favourite place in the world. Cannot wait to go back already!!

The property is gorgeous, the food is good. Unfortunately the front desk staff needs a lot of work. They double charged parking on my bill as well as my travel companion's bill when we only had 1 car between both of us. Trying to contact the hotel and get a response now is impossible. Also the morning of my departure, I had coordinated a breakfast to take with me. Unfortunately, the breakfast was not ready and the front desk had no clue about it even though I arranged this the prior day with the front desk. Additionally, when the driver showed up to pick me up, I was sitting in the lobby working on my laptop. Instead of the front desk attendants at 7 AM notifying me, they did nothing. I had to go up to the desk 10 minutes later and ask where my driver was to then find out the driver had already arrived. The lobby was so dead you could hear a pin drop. The fact that these girls assumed I knew the driver was there while I was working in the corner is insanity. For all of these reasons, this hotel is beautiful, but not a well run ship.

Un lieu sublime mais très loin des standards de l’hôtellerie de luxe. Nous avons été victimes d’un phishing mail utilisant l’adresse mail de l’hôtel et nous avons été escroqués de 300€. Uniquement de plates excuses à notre arrivée car nous l’avons mentionné immédiatement à la réception. Un personnel très jeune et peu expérimenté, un manager qui fuit devant nos propos, nous avons clairement halluciné. Nous aurions trouvé normal d’avoir un service offert en compensation mais rien du tout. Ajoutez à cela une chambre non prête à notre arrivée (45 minutes de retard soit un Check-in à 16:45). Un service plutôt désorganisé, à plusieurs reprises nous avons été obligés d’aller chercher le personnel pour une boisson, un cendrier, une serviette etc. Ajoutez à cela une addition du restaurant majorée et sans détail d’une dizaine d’euros. Bref nous sommes très éloignés d’un établissement 5 étoiles, ce fut une grande déception, nous n’y séjournerons plus. Nous vous conseillons d’opter pour Lily of the Valley dans cette tranche de prix car le lieu est spectaculaire et le service tout bonnement supérieur.

This is where you stay when you need to recharge surrounded by nature, an ocean breeze and in an impeccably luxurious setting in the French Riviera. I have literally no complaints here. None.

Vieil hôtel des années 50 rénové en 5* meublé en mobilier contemporain avec influence danoise. Le standing 5* n'est pas au rendez vous. Pas de salle de bains, uniquement douche et lavabo dans la chambre. Équipement électrique bizarre, seul l'interrupteur général peut éteindre la chambre, compliqué si l'on doit se lever la nuit. Pas de télévision, c'est plus écolo... surtout cela fait moins de bruit car l'insonorisation est très moyenne. L'heure de réservation au restaurant nous a été imposée, pas digne d'un établissement 5*. Points positifs: la vue est sublime, le buffet du petit déjeuner excellent.

Fantastic location, view is amazing. The food was the real downside, not a lot of choices and some dishes were actually not good at all.

Et meget sjarmerende hotell med en fantastisk beliggenhet i vannkanten. Hotellet fremstår som meget innbydende og velholdt. De forsøker å levere bra men har litt ungt personale som ikke var helt oppmerksomme og kjappe.

loved the eco-natural salt water pool, loved being on the ground floor, where we could get up in the morning and walk from our terrace to the ocean for a morning swim and not have to go in an elevator. nice pool side menu. very friendly staff...all around lovely experience

Overall a lovely hotel and experience - but expected a five star property and was disappointed on that front. If it were a four star property, I would have felt the rating better reflected the experience.

Hotel and location is beautiful. Clean rooms and great view. Unfortunately the level of service doesn’t meet the expectations of a five star hotel at that price point. Every single food order during our four days got messed up. Wrong items, missed out on allergies. Had to triple check everything to avoid an allergic reaction. Same for both restaurant, Cabana and the reception. There is an obvious language barrier, but also lack of willingness to understand. If you are looking for a five star riviera experience there are plenty of other options to choose from.

The hotel is very nice with a wonderful view on the sea! The service should be definitely be improved! We stayed there for 4 nights and for 3 times the room was not clean properly! The first time the housekeeping completely forgot to clean the bath. The other 2 times no water was put in the room! We also discovered a candy left by previous guests just below the bed. For a 5 star hotel it is unacceptable! Moreover also the restaurant service should be improved. On the opposite, the concierge and the reception were very helpful!

Fantastic hotel great place to relax! The beach view is phenomenal. Great staff, the breakfast is great, the rooms are very clean and comfortable

Séjour fantastique aux Roches Rouges, face la mer. Dans la chambre, les restaurants et les bars, vous avez en permanence le regard dans le bleu de la mer. Le service est irréprochable , la décoration harmonieuse d'inspiration vacances chics, les restaurants, notamment La Terrasse dont le chef nous a étonné par sa créativité et l'association des saveurs est à réserver impérativement pendant le séjour. L'équipe jeune et dynamique de l'établissement , les voituriers compris qui ont été adorables, vient parfaire le rêve,,, cher mais inoubliable!!

Séjour agréable, chambre pas très spacieuse pour ce type d'hotel. Surpris aussi de voir la TV de la chambre remplacée par une tablette !! Petit déjeuner copieux

magnifique hôtels instagram conviendra parfaitement a des influencer en quette de visibilité mais pas forcement au habitué des hôtel de luxe malheureusement il n'est pas a la hauteur de ses étoiles

Das Hotel & die junge Crew sind absolut Spitze. Ein super cooles Gebäude, Zimmer mit perfektem mediterranem Charme, sauber & duchgestylt sowie ideal zum entspannen. Als Nicht-Fisch-Liebhaber, war die Menükarte eine kleine Challenge, aber die Crew machte alles Mögliche um uns trotzdem lecker zu verpflegen (fragt einfach, das Personal ist voll unkompliziert & hilfsbereit). Hut ab & well done! Wir hätten unsere Honeymoon-Reise nicht besser starten können!!! Herzlichen Dank, wir kommen mit Sicherheit wieder!!! Désirée & David
