Beautiful and clean.

Great breakfast , indoor pool, patio with a grill outside. Room service was polite and front desk was awesome

Elevator broken. Rooms were not up to HIExpress standards.

Property was conveniently located near restaurants and shops. Hotel met our needs but requires upkeep. For instance, elevator did not work quite right and I did not see plaque saying it had been inspected. Carpet also probably needs to be replaced. Water pressure was really good though and hotel attendant exhibited good customer service skills.

It’s a nice place and very clean. Peggy was a sweetheart.

They had a pancake maker, I have never seen one at a hotel before. I thought they only had waffle makers

Short but very nice stay. Cleanliness is outstanding - all went smoothly and breakfast had an excellent choice of foods. Super location.

Dear IHG Guest Relations, My wife and I are long-time guests of your properties, and our experience at the Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites in Magee, Mississippi, has always been nothing short of excellent. Every time we return to Magee, we are consistently impressed by the professionalism, cleanliness, and overall guest experience. That location sets the standard for what Holiday Inn should be. However, I regret to inform you that our most recent stay at the Holiday Inn International off Harborside Drive (5002 Seawall Blvd, Galveston, TX 77551) was the worst we have ever had with your brand. From the moment we checked in, it was clear that this property did not meet the IHG standard. The customer service was lacking, the condition of the facility was disappointing, and our overall experience left us feeling frustrated and frankly, disrespected as loyal guests. We booked this stay through Hotels.com, and we expected a seamless, professional experience from both Holiday Inn and the booking platform. Unfortunately, that was not the case. We are requesting that someone from IHG contact us directly to discuss and resolve this matter. If no action is taken, we will be forced to consider alternative hotel brands going forward. Everything was good except there were people who congregated outside the entrance of the hotel at 2 AM talking loud and laughing with no regards for other guests. This was only one night, and it carried on for more than an hour. Please make guests aware that they need to respect others as they would like to be respected. Even though we have this complaint, we would stay there again.

The building was very dated and the floors where leaning inwards. The floors need attention. The staff was amazing and very kind. Price was a little high for what i would expect. The king size bed was probably the most comfortable I've ever slept in
