Es un hotel muy tranquilo en medio de la naturaleza, queda en las afueras de Manizales. Productos Loto del Sur en el baño, muy rico y variado el desayuno buffet. Las personas que trabajan en el hotel fueron siempre muy amables y atentas.

Nice place to stay for a few day while we were at the BMX racing.

Espectacular. El hotel es perfecto para descansar.

We had to wait for the check in, because there was only 1 person at the counter. Later we were asked to pay the VAT. The reason why was explained in a rather unclear and condescending way, as it hasn’t happened in any other hotel prior. Facilities close at 6pm, which is very early. The rooms have no AC so it’s quite hot inside. Rooms are also small. The area outside the hotel is very nice.

Wonderful location. A little odd that it’s a headquarters for Juan Valdez coffee but they don’t serve it in the restaurant

Wilson en recepción es un caballero, atento y educado. Merece una mención. El desayuno un fracaso. Sin detalles. La atención de David muy buena en el comedor.
