Lovely location! Quaint place that is very well maintained!

Th Park hotel doesnt need to be a 5 star hotel... for its kind of maintainance it's just kind of 3 star hotel... room furniture pretty old... breakfast is the only thing we liked... Overall Its not worth for the price we paid..just over rated hotel...I dont think I will consider thos again given if I have good alternatives.. anf I hope I can find better than this for sure...

Booked online for 3 nights and requested if I can only do 2 nights instead as my plans changed but the folks weren’t open to it. I could have gone somewhere else but had my family from a long trip ready to hit the sack. It’s a very old property and they definitely can do some much needed upgrades and cleanliness. The condensate from the AC was leaking inside the room.

Front desk staff were super unfriendly.... hotel was not clean and not worth the money.

Front desk service was slow and my room was dirty. Food was ok in the restaurant. Restroom is far away from the restaurant.

It is badly maintained overproduced hotels. Leaking faucets, flooded bathroom, shabby condition of fumigate and all fixtures, non functional electrical and what not.

The team specially restaurant team was not very supportive. I had missed breakfast due to wrong communication on BF timings.

Average. The Bathrooms need a lot of repair work. There was water clogging everytime and spiders crawling around. The Hotel did get a deep cleaning done but the issue was not resolved. Till the last day, we had spiders in the loo. The TV had 1 channel working. There was 1 Coffee Mug in the Room. We ordered breakfast one morning which took forever and when we got the food, it was below average to say the least. Housekeeping however was spot on every single day and there were no reminders required which was good.

I had booked the room with Sea View, I was given ground floor, which I declined, then they moved me to 1st floor, informing me that it was an upgrade, honestly, it was not. I didn't mind since I was staying for a half day and night, early morning I was out. I did not expect this from 5* property. Also, some of the amenities were missing, which I had to call for from Reception. The bell was not functioning, shower hose was corroded, bathroom wooden door won't close, maybe due to the hotel being on seaside or old property.

Property need to be clean and hygiene maintained during Covid time. Staff & house keeping need to wear masks at least during entering room. Kitchen need to take write order & should not send left overs from Kitchen during night. Food ordered is not fresh but billed on 5 star basis.

It’s top most terrible hotel and there are no hygiene. We didn’t stay here. Just checked in and immediately checked out.
