Penilaian & Ulasan Keseluruhan VIK hotel Arena Blanca

For the most part the staff was excellent! We didn’t receive a true welcoming once we arrived. The reason we stayed at the hotel was to possibly look into having a wedding there. We learned that at check-in they no longer host wedding. 😡 Need to remove that from advertising. We had bugs in our room, contacted service desk - we were told someone was coming. No one showed (we reported the sighting 1 day and we were there for 4 nights). We ended buying bug spray and doing it ourselves. I’m sure others have had great experiences, ours wasn’t. It’s an outdated hotel with tons of potential. If I see it ever gets renovated, may try again. However we will not be back anytime soon!

Property was excellent considering the price and timing. The hotel itself is not a 4 star hotel as advertised it is a full 3 star. But, over all, we had a nice stay

This property has seen better times. It needs to be refurbished. Breakfast is good; dinner not so much.

really safe resort, lots of beach chairs to chose from, and a good balance of shade and sun tanning options if you are trying to manage exposure to the sun. Security keeps people off the resort from approaching you to sell something.

Great place to stay if you're looking for a quite relaxing place to stay.

JUST KNOW THAT WI-FI IS ONLY AVAILABLE IN THE RESTAURANT OR LOBBY. There’s no Wi-Fi in your rooms. The staff was nice but honestly and truly this hotel is run down/ outdated . There were stains on my bed, the bathroom sink was clogged up. I had initially booked for 4 nights due to the price but ended up booking for Catalonia resort. The difference was like day and night. I enjoyed my stay at Catalonia. It’s mostly senior people at the VIK resort and the food was limited and not visually appetizing. Book if this is your first experience with an all inclusive so when you book better you’d appreciate it .

The customer service was great and the service was good and the food was excellent and the water the beach was great and I highly recommended to anyone who’s looking for a place to go in vacation

The beach was amazing; food is ok but there is room for improvement, they lacked variety. The bed was uncomfortable; somes parts of bathroom were rusty. Lots of kids and families there. Overall it was a good stay, budget friendly

Buenas tardes !!!! Soy Eleane J.Figueroa dueña de la tarjeta de crédito utilizada en la reservación y también fui una de las 5 familias afectada ante la situación detallada más adelante. Por este medio me estoy tratando de contactar con ustedes debido a que la Compañia Expedía sea trato do de comunicarse con ustedes en varias ocasiones y no han podido. La razón por el cual los estamos contactando es por la reservación a nombre de María del. Rosario Cruz Cardona y 2 miembros más de su familia con el número de itinerario 72600957234049 estadía comenzaba el día 19 al 26 de Julio el cual solo se quedó 1 noche debido a que luego de varios cambios de cuarto por falta de aire acondicionado. Era un viaje familiar el cual 4 familias más los acompañaban y les pasó lo mismo que las unidades del aire acondicionado están dañados todos cancelaron. También a la piscina lugar no seguro debido que se le estaban saliendo los pedazos de cemento del fondo. A los demás familiares se le pusieron rembolsar el dinero pero al de María del Rosario Cruz Cardona aún no se a devuelto debido a que fue por Expedía y ellos tiene que contactarse con ustedes para la aprobación. El gerente fue muy amable y entendió la situación y hizo las devoluciones correspondientes. Esperó pronta contestación de ustedes. Las personas a cargo de nuestro caso en el hotel fueron Adrián Montoya y Rubén Balbuena y Calos Moni. Cordialmente, Eleane J. Figueroa Cruz

Muchos huéspedes nos quejamos del aire acondicionado en la habitación en mi caso solo tuve Dos días funcionando Pregunte por alguna compensación y md dijeron k no era posible Ya yo había perdido mi primer día de hotel por cancelación del vuelo por parte de jet blue cosa ajena al hotel pero solicité servicios de caja de seguridad y al menos me la pudieron dar free como compensación al menos de la falta de aire acondicionado La llave la use 5 días y me cobraron 6 días Tenían poca disponibilidad de cambiar dólares en la recepción aún yo buscaba csmbio para dejarles propinas😱

Very disappointed

The drinks where all terrible even the sodas everything but the water was very bad. food was ok. you get what you pay for....... the service was good the spot is good the pillows are too hard lol.
