We had a great stay! We were in town for a baseball tournament. Rooms were spacious and very accommodating. Full refrigerator, stovetop, microwave and dishwasher. Free laundry was key!! Kids took advantage of gym and outdoor pool. Staff was very friendly and responsive to the few requests we had. Would definitely stay here again!

Didn’t care for it. I am an IHG member and this was probably my worst experience. The AC panel separated from the wall when I went to touch it. When I reported it to the front desk she said Maintenance isn’t in till 11am the next day, And she would let them know. I was woken up at 8am on a Saturday to maintenance knocking then slightly opening the door but luckily I the safely lock was on. He did come back later and fixed it. The glass in the bathroom was dirty, I tried to take a quick dip in the pool within the permitted (10-8pm) but two men were cleaning it. Latervloasked for late check out and was told I can maybe have 30 mins but that’s it. Cause the room has to be prepared for the next guest.

Stayed two nights with my son. Came back to the room Saturday afternoon and could tell the A/C wasn’t cold - just blowing air. Asked the front desk for repairman, but was told he left (it was 5:15pm). Nothing done - no offer of any assistance or compensation. Just “he’s gone for the day.” It was 95 degrees outside and my son had played lacrosse all day. No hotels had rooms within an hour b/c of sports tourneys. We sucked it up and survived - but no chance I ever stay there again. No A/C and absolutely no effort to assist us or even pretend to care is a dealbreaker on multiple levels.

At least 50 Amtrak vehicles taking up the parking lot. Our first room, 110, walls were vibrating from the adjacent laundry room....2nd room, 208, Fridge was incredibly loud, coffee making broken, iron leaking water, exposed 220v circuit clearly accessible to any child...see attached photos...Staff was very accommodating...

Staff was very kind but my room was so humid that the floors were wet. I had to shorten my two day stay to one.

The room was nice just had little ants, so shortly after we ate our food the ants came out and were everywhere.

The fridge in the room sounds like it might need to be replaced

The stay was horrible they canceled my reservation. So my friend had to do it under them. The bed was so miserable to sleep on and the check out day we had absolutely no hot water for a shower.

Great customer service

Booked hotel to enjoy SuperBowl Sunday relaxing and watching the game with my significant other. Check in was flawless but noticed shortly after checking in the hotel did not offer the channel for the game. TV was equipped with Screen mirroring but was not connected to WiFi. Brought this to the attention of front desk and they seems very uninterested and offer very little to no options. Mind it was 1 hour after we checked in. I asked the front desk if there was any chance of refunding due to the lack of help and no solution, they reached out to manager to check and was given a no. Understand the no refund more the I understand the lack of help trying to rectify the situation. I’m not going to completely blast all I found wrong but never stayed at a hotel that didn’t have local channels. Was very frustrated and ended up leaving and getting another hotel right down the road that accommodated all needs (Hilton Garden Inn)

I really liked the full service kitchen. We were able to put it to good use. It was clean and quiet.

The full kitchenette was wonderful!!!

Would stay again!
