Yes, this property has some wear and tear (and curiously half size pillows), but these were not our major concern. There is clearly an air quality issue that is evident immediately upon entry to the property and feels much more significant inside the room. Perhaps this is a recent concern given the numerous positive reviews on this site (with only one comment re a “musty” smell) and the parade of a/c units we witnessed going up and down the elevator throughout the weekend, presumably being removed for repair or replacement. However, it did prove uncomfortable for our party, particularly those with asthma. Hopefully, this is a temporary issue that will be resolved soon.

The beds were terrible!!! We had to keep the room extra cold because if you didn’t it smelled musky. The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. Breakfast was good! We ended up leaving a day early.

The facility was very nice. A very pretty garden area in back. A nice breakfast with long hours to accommodate the early and late riser. The bathroom showed some wear but was clean.

We will come back!

Boat parking and electricity to charge the boat

The stay was overall good especially the breakfast was awesome ! The lift carpet was dirty otherwise it was a pleasant stay

The mattress was very firm. The pillows were either very firm or way too squishy.

GREAT HOTEL ENVIROMENT FOR OUR TRAVEL BASEBALL FAMILY! NO COMPLAINTS!

We liked the hotel. When we got there we heard our neighbors through the connector door. But everything was quiet during the night time. I had noticed that the exhaust fan in the bathroom didn’t work and the toilet paper holder was coming out of the wall. We were surprised that there wasn’t any towel racks in the bathroom

The front desk attendant at check in and check out was so nice, friendly, and helpful. I wish I would have caught her name.

Very friendly staff, great pool, cool courtyard with little waterfall.

Nice quiet location close to dining and shopping.

Just know the entrance isn’t on Hwy72. It’s a side street.

This was an terrible experience because of the lady at front desk probably the rudest person I have ever met an extremely lazy,we arrived 15 minutes early from a 5 hour drive waited until 3 o’clock to check she said our type people room aren’t ready yet an we should go to ruby Tuesday our type of person what does that even mean was she being racist it sure seemed that way to me I feel like we would still be standing there holding our luggage if that other young gentleman had not came into work when he did he checked us in right away she said house keeping would have to clean our rooms an they was on break two of them was smoking cigarettes at the front entrance of the building also not professional as well first thing we walk up on is cigarette smoke in your face from your employees at the main entrance we even purchased the check in protection plan I believe Easter was her name not really sure it seemed she was in a hurry to get off work an couldn’t be bothered with us because everything was fine soon as she left an the next morning when she came back so did the drama overheard her being rude to other gust while going to my car may need to put her in a different position or even terminate employment

All was good. I think they could upgrade the air conditioners in the room and also provide side table(s) in sitting area of suite.
