Great location for trains in Milan central and airport

El personal poco amigable. El desayuno incluido sin variación y poco para tantas personas que lo pagaron. No volvería.

Location is good. Air con was not working in our room, despite discissions it was not fixed.

Hotel was great. Had a grand lobby. The staff were very nice and multilingual. The room was updated and large. Quiet location a bit far for walking to the sights, but there is a tram system just around the corner to take you anywhere. The hotel was very close to the main train station. The hotel breakfast was simple and delicious. I did not have a vehicle so cannot say about parking. But if I had longer of a trip to see more of the city, I’d likely opt to be closer to the attractions. Otherwise for a quick trip I would certainly stay here again. Very nice hotel

This Hotel was ideally situated for the railway stations, staff were very helpful and efficient. Breakfast was good and a roof top bar was a big bonus.

This is a nice Hotel, conveniently located near the station. It worked for me. Room was clean, though there was a slighlty unpleasant smell. Breakfast was pleasant, with a nice selection of savory and sweet items. The terrace on the roof was also pleasant, though dated.

Great location,basic breakfast ,but the rooms need improvement

This hotel has a good location. It is several blocks from the Milan central station. Across the street is a mini supermarket where you can buy water or drinks. Walk two blocks to the metro station. The hotel is old-world charming. The bathroom is spacious and luxurious. The breakfast is great. I will stay here again if I come back to Milan next time.

Centre of the city, 8 mins walk from the Milan Central station, Metro station is very nearby. Check in was smooth, hotel staff was friendly, kitchen staff was very helpful, breakfast was excellent. Will definitely choose this place on our next visit.

Das Hotel liegt, zu Fuss vom Bahnhof aus gut erreichbar, in der Via Fabio Filzi. Hier rumpelt bis spät in die Nacht die Strassenbahn durch, was einem in der Nacht bei geöffnetem Fenster evtl. stören kann. Die Tram ist für den Weg ins Zentrum aber auch nützlich. Das Zimmer im 2. Stock war sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Das Bett sehr bequem und vor allem nicht zu weich. Ein Kühlschrank mit 2 Flaschen Mineralwasser war vorhanden. Badezimmer und Toilette sehr sauber. Die Badewanne mit Duschvorrichtung jedoch nicht geeignet für Personen mit körperlichen Problemen. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und der Herr dort gab uns eine Empfehlung für das Abendessen, welche sich als absoluter Volltreffer erwies (il tavolino). Das Frühstück ist für italienische Verhältnisse reichhaltig. Der Cappuccino ausgezeichnet. Es gab zwar frische Ananas und Melonen - ansonsten aber leider nur konservierte Früchte. Am 2.Morgen war um 9 Uhr das Brot bereits alle und wurde nicht mehr aufgefüllt - schade. Insgesamt jedoch, auch dank des freundlichen Personals, ein schönes, angenehmes und ruhiges Stadthotel für einen Aufenthalt in Mailand um die Stadt zu erkunden. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen

Nice and clean room. Toilet was very good and shower exellent. Rainshower my kind of thing and pressure very goog. Maybe the best experience in my life. The lobbybar staf was kind and helpfull. The tram goes outside the hotel first number 9 and change number 1 take us to the attraction places and good wievs forget the shopping places.

Conveniently located within walking distance of the Centrale Milano Train station. Walkable to the Duomo Milano also.

We chose this hotel for its close proximity to Milano Centrale train station. The property is in need of maintenance and food options for breakfast were limited. Staff did not seem friendly and still have a glass barrier up around hotel reception from the COVID days - it gives the impression they want to keep their distance from guests! The hotel is surrounded by nice streets and was close to transport and restaurants.
