Excellent property, very helpful staff

Sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Personal "von der alten Schule". Ein bisschen wie aus der Zeit gefallen im positiven Sinne. Hier steht der Gast noch im Vordergrund. Alles Tip top sauber. Essen war auch sehr lecker. Zimmer super, sehr bequemes Bett, nette Sauna, großes Schwimmbad. Schöne Liegeflächen im Garten. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir waren auf der Durchreise und nur 1 Nacht im Hotel. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer modern, aber leider im EG und da es sehr heiß war und es keine Klimaanlage gibt haben wir das Fenster geöffnet. Da andere Gäste vor dem Hoteleingang geraucht haben zog der Rauch ins Zimmer. Abzug gibt es aber für das wirklich außerordentlich schlechte Bett. Bei jedem umdrehen quietscht das Bett und vorallem - die Matratze ist so durchgelegen, dass man auf denFedern liegt. Das sollte dringend getauscht werden. Frühstück war lecker und der Service war aufmerksam.

Excellent hotel in bormio, close to the great stelvio pass, buffet breakfast was excellent with lots of choice. Evening meal was value for money. And very nice I would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Camera (doppia standard)piccolina ma tutto sommato ok. Sproporzione esagerata con il bagno enorme anche se cieco e con soffitto basso. Per il resto tutto ottimo a partire dal ristorante. Anche la piscina molto bella. Personale gentile e cortese. Diciamo che se penso al prezzo pagato mi aspettavo qlcs in più dalla camera

Overall a great hotel. But the main road outside is quite busy and a little disturbing during the night. That said, the wellness area was excellent as was the breakfast. We would stay there again.

Ottima struttura

Bellissimo hotel 4 stelle con grande piscina riscaldata e una bella spa. Ottima colazione. Accettano animali.

Posizione appena decentrata dal centro, ampiamente compensata dalla comodita di parcheggio auto. Personale qualificato, gentile e sempre attento a proporsi x ogni problema. Colazione con ampia scelta ma il top è la cucina. Mezza pensione con una cena con menu a la carte e tutti piatti ottimi sia come presentazione che come qualita e fantasia. Pulizia ovunque. Unico neo, la camera, la standard almeno le altre non so, è rimasta a qualche tempo fa. I bagni ad esempio non hanno il miscelatore ma ancora il doppio rubinetto. Personalmente non mi ha impedito di dare 5 stelle. Prezzo, interessante visti i servizi offerti.

Great room No AC

Bra hotell, men nærme hovedvei. Kort vei inn til Bormio sentrum. Fint spa område, men dessverre var ikke bassenget i orden. Hyggelig betjening og flott frokost. Egen parkeringskjeller var også positivt.

Lovely hotel in Bormio, 5 mins walk from the centre of the town. Huge swimming pool and spa with great views of the mountains. Breakfast and dinner were great. Bruno at the bar is fantastic.

Esperienza molto positiva. Ambiente ben tenuto con tutti i confort descritti nei servizi utilizzabili durante il soggiorno. Abbiamo usufruito della mezza pensione e sia la colazione che la cena presentavano una buona varieta'. Da ripetere
