Staff was friendly and helpful. Disappointed the hot tub and steamer were broken and there is a 10euro charge to use the sauna in the basement with a terrible smell. You have to tell desk an hour before you want to use it. The blow dryer in room was broken as well. I also thought the ease of getting in and out of the building was difficult with luggage in the snow. so many stairs inside and outside building-which was not advertised.

Very clean room with great amenities. Free high quality breakfast. Helpful staff.

Bang in the middle of town. Walkable to the Falloria lift. Very friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable bed and clean room.

Perfect room for my stay and the staff was very friendly!

The location was perfect and walkable to sites, dinner, and shopping. There was a place to rent e-bikes very close and not far to an amazing trail system. The included breakfast was fantastic. The room was spacious and we loved our stay!

The property itself was great. Unfortunately there was a lot of construction in the area.

We had an excellent stay - the staff were friendly, helpful and attentive. The room was modern, clean and warm. The whole town is a bit disrupted by the works for the upcoming Olympics, but we got a very convenient parking space at the hotel, which is centrally located and the town easily walkable. Of particular note were the breakfasts, which were amazing and set us up for a days hiking.Everything worked well for us (except the weather!) and I would thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

No parking available anywhere near hotel, 10 min walk to parking, no elevators, construction blocked the hotel with no vehicle access.

El hotel podría ser perfecto por su precio, ubicación y buen desayuno pero hay dos bares bajo la habitación 23 que hacen bulla hasta la madrugada. De tres noches solo una hubo silencio para descansar. No hubo posibilidad de cambiarla por su ocupación pero no lo recomiendo. Cortina requiere toda la energía para sus caminatas y actividades.

Pleasant few days at Cortina. Staff pleasant and hotel had a family feel, very clean and breakfast a bonus and good quality but limited choice. Location great for the historic town, bus station, Tofana etc which does bring a downside of noise from bars near and close. It did seem to quiten after 11pm. There is a lot of building work due to the winter Olympics as well.

The location is good - right in town. The staff was friendly in helping us find the parking, which is a bit tricky with the construction. Some rooms are updated. Unfortunately we did not get one of those rooms. Our room was dated and smelled like mildew.
