staff was very nice

The room was clean and kept clean with daily housekeeping. The staff were very helpful and smiled a lot. Relatively close (3 - 4 blocks) to the subway. And yes, you can walk to the Vatican from there but the bus (bus stop near hotel) takes you within one and half block to St. Peter's Square. Room was small, but the breakfast buffet was extensive.

Amazing hotel

Mirela, nick are great. Very convenient to vantican. The restaurants recommended by mirela are great. Good value, as they are going through renovations. Overall great experience!

Noise noise and more noise. You hear the toilet flush from any and all adjoining rooms. You hear the water tank filling through your tank when you hear other rooms’ toilets flushing and refilling! You hear noise from the hallway even when others are at other end or in stairwell above and beneath you. This is in addition to major street noise in front of the hotel and gas stations on both sides of the hotel. Not worth the money!!!

La struttura è in un posto super strategico e silenzioso. La struttura è elegante. Il plus è il personale: sia alla reception sia al bar provvedono un servizio di eccellenza. Bravi!

Quite old and poor room, the shower was broken, splashing water...

The hotel is a boutique hotel and lovely! My room was spotless and very comfortable ~ with a large terrace!… and the breakfast included was absolutely FABULOUS! … a Huge buffet with everything you could want!!… and the staff are cheerful and welcoming. A Grea Stay!

The breakfast was excellent with a great variety, and every staff member I encountered was incredibly kind and helpful. The location is also perfect.
