Great location and very quiet despite being central and walking distance to metro station. Amazing breakfast options served up by the best, most hard-working staff. Would stay again.

I really liked this hotel. The location is fantastic and close to everything. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was varied. The shower is small, but the room is a good size compared to many hotels in Europe. They kindly kept my suitcase for me for two days while I traveled to another city.

covenient location in the heart of Genoa. Finding the Hotel and the adjecent parking is not for the inexperienced. Very large room , but dont open the window.. you coud bang it against another building!Very kind staff,

We stayed here for 3 nights. The property and surrounding area were nice. The staff were unfriendly.

Hotel tres bien situé, personnel aimable et chaleureux. Mais l'annonce sur le site hotel.com indique parking, borne de recharge électrique et SPA Il n'y a rien de tout ça. Le Spa est fermé depuis plusieurs mois apparemment et le parking ne contient que quelques places qu'il faut réserver en direct avec l'hôtel. Il aurait été bon de le savoir au moment de la reservation, et non d'en avoir la surprise et la déconvenue sur place. Nous avions réservé cet hôtel spécialement pour le SPA et la recharge électrique. Quelle déception ! Merci de mettre la fiche à jour avec les bonnes informations !!

Great location, near Plaza de Ferrari, room was large and quiet, restaurant was outstanding. Towels were a little rough.

It was a clean hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The room I stayed in was smaller than I expected, but it had everything I needed. The hotel's location is excellent, as it is close to many of the tourist spots in Genova.

3 nuits dans cet hôtel en famille au mois d'aout 24, bon accueil, bonne literie, chambre propre et calme, bon petit déjeuner, bonne situation, possibilité de recharger notre voiture électrique pendant la nuit. Très bien!

The hotel was nice. It was clean was very difficult to locate kinda down an alley with poor signage. When we arrived, there was no parking The GPS could not locate it
