L’hotel est très bien, le problème est son emplacement, dans un quartier populaire de Naples. De plus, la photo de la piscine sur le site Expédia, ne correspond pas à la réalité ! Sur le site, on voit une piscine entourée de verdure, alors qu’en réalité, il s’agit d’une piscine sur un roof top entourée d’immeuble. On est carrément dans une publicité mensongère, du au site Expédia ou à l’hotel, à vous de nous le dire.

The staff are incredibly helpful and kind. They went above and beyond to make our stay super comfortable. The facility is clean and classy. The roof top is perfect - it has shade and comfortable places to lounge. My son and I are grateful they let us check out and still use the roof top and spa while we waited to go to a concert close by! It was perfect!

Our honeymoon stay at the LHP Hotel was exceptional. The convenient location and valet parking were appreciated, and the room offered exceptional value. The staff, particularly Marco, provided outstanding service, contributing significantly to a most comfortable stay. I highly recommend this hotel for its practicality and value.

Great place! Super clean, nice rooftop bar and pool! Snack menu is good but the dinner at the restaurant was very disappointing

Resort bellissimo, il personale é davvero gentile e disponibile. La pulizia della stanza é eccellente e anche i servizi in camera. Consiglio ciecamente questo Resort, non solo per l’estetica e per il personale ma anche per la posizione centrale e comoda.

We needed last minute accommodations as we missed our ferry! IHP went above and beyond to help us! Marco was great! This place is new, it’s super clean and the breakfast was terrific!

First of all the hotel in the pictures is nothing like the actual hotel. They fail to mention that the spa they tout is $35 per perversion per hour and is so tiny you have to book a slot to use it. The hotel had only 9 rooms booked but yet does not give you the promised upgrade. It is not close to anything! It's in a weird neighborhood that is a good 20 min drive to the center of town. The rooms overlook a school yard... Everywhere you look there is an overabundance of LED lighting - super tacky and cheesy. A hard Pass!

For me this is a 4 star hotel not a 5 star It is missing the exclusivity that I would expect from a 5 star hotel
