Poor looking property, not clean, toilet running and not fixed. Room location was poor as well. Friendly staff. Not worth the money for a 3-star hotel.

When I first stepped into the entrance, I thought I’d made a mistake. The old elevator had me nervous. But once I got to my room, I realized this was a gem. This little boutique stay was literally steps from the Duomo, I could practically count them. The neighborhood was lively and full of landmarks, yet I felt right at home. The owner, a true Florentine, was incredibly kind and welcoming, he even gave me an extra hour for checkout because my train was later. The staff was lovely, especially Atta, who helped me every morning with the breakfast items I could enjoy. There’s the most wonderful view from the lobby balcony, but I won’t spoil the surprise for anyone. This isn’t a luxury hotel, think charming and quaint, with thoughtful details and a window overlooking the streets and cafés below. The view of Florence was the real star. It felt so wonderfully European, a unique, warm experience I’ll remember.

Charming room directly across from the Duomo. Friendly, accommodating staff and the chef at the breakfast buffet is amazing! He made a cotton candy cappuccino! City center location close to restaurants, attractions and shopping. Also lively at night.

The hotel is so central any long walk can be accompanied by an afternoon trip back to the hotel. The staff are lovely and genuinely helpful and welcoming. Small family hotel with a big heart.

Hotel was heel leuk en kleinschalig op top locatie. Heel gastvriendelijk, heerlijk ontbijt en leuke extra’s als koffie, koekjes en ijs. Enig minpunt is weinig opbergruimte in de kamer.

Everything about this hotel is stellar. The room was excellent. The view was spectacular. The location is perfect. The breakfast was out of this world. And every single staff member was ready and willing to go the extra mile to make the stay a top tier experience! Even my 12yr old son told me to give this hotel “the max stars possible”. Oh, and I can’t forget to mention the sweetest and cutest Leone! We will absolutely be back to stay at the Hotel Duomo in the future!

Location is fantastic. All tourist attractions are within 10 minutes. Furthermore, the cathedral bells chiming every 30 minutes and the view of the Duomo captivated me. The reception area and staffs, located on the fourth floor, are modern and stylish, at the small, traditional hotel. I could free coffee, wine or ice cream at any time, while enjoying a close-up view of the Duomo.

Amazing location hotel…. Very clean room with small veranda to see the Duomo. Staff are very polite and always very helpful to the customers. Breakfast room is ok but a little small.

Great hotel with warm and helpful staff. The suite was great, clean and comfortable beds, warm towel racks and an over the top breakfast buffet. Location was perfect as well.
