Very centrally located. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it. Only issue was you could smell the drains in room 203. They tried to get rid of the smell but couldn’t. Avoid this room and you will be fine.

Localisation vraiment au top pour visiter le centre historique, chambre propre, petit déjeuner bien mais salle très petite, horaire de petit-déjeuner à définir dès l'arrivée. Gros point noir, la climatisation !!! 1ere chambre, air chaud et clim se coupant toutes les 20 minutes, 2eme chambre suite échange, clim fonctionnait... mais sans air froid, mais au moins ça pouvait brasser l'air !!!! Personnel très gentil, ils ont fait au mieux avec leurs possibilités Un entretien des clim serait bienvenue !!! Hotel arrangeant, car ont gardé nos bagages le dernier jour entre notre check-out et notre départ vers l'aéroport.

Convenient location

The hotel is fine if you need a bed and AC near the heart of Firenze. Their WiFi only consistently works in the lobby. My phone was stolen when I arrived at the train station. Apple was able to help me replace it. I had to spend much of my first two days in Florence at the Apple Store to retire my iCloud backup to the new phone since the hotel WiFi didn’t work in my room. It wasn’t feasible for me to spend the day in the lobby. At least there was good AC at the Apple Store. I wouldn’t stay here again. It may be good for You if you don’t need to access WiFi from your room

Clean and quiet room close to every sightseeing place. Air conditioning was essential in the heat. Breakfast was nice way to start a day.

Room was clean and bed was comfortable however windows weren't soundproof. Location is fantastic. Fire alarm went off multiple times during my stay including once in the middle of the night. Breakfast was very basic.

Hotel está bem novo, é muito bem localizado, fica a poucos metros de quase todas as atrações de Florença, os funcionários são ótimos e muito educados, o café da manhã é básico, mas nos atendeu perfeitamente, recomendo totalmente esse hotel.

Camera pulita e moderna, l’hotel è in una posizione ottima nel centro di Firenze e a 20 minuti dalla stazione. Buona la colazione anche se la saletta è molto piccola, quindi è necessario prenotare l’orario. Personale cordiale e disponibile. Il wi-fi è un po’ lento. Nel complesso esperienza molto positiva.
