Clean hotel with a nice pool area and all we're very helpful

The staff helpful and friendly. Breakfast wonderful. Room very clean. Cleaning staff very friendly and helpful. Had a broken hairdryer replaced it pronto! We got two free drinks on arrival! Yay

Small hotel with very nice and helpful staff and exzellent breakfast. Only small disadvantage is that you can hear the street and the other rooms - therefore only 4 stars

Hotellet ligger ideelt i forhold til at opleve byen indenfor bymuren. Et hotel med en god atmosfære og imødekommende personale. På alle måder en god oplevelse. Vi kommer gerne igen.

The hotel served a great breakfast buffet and had a bar area to have a drink in the evening. The pool looked great but we did not use it. It was wonderful they had bikes there to rent. We rode into the walled city then around the old walls twice, surrounding the city. We would highly recommend this hotel.

Good location! Poor breakfast!

We had a wonderful stay! The staff were so friendly and helpful! Breakfast was delicious with lots of choices, real dishes and an amazing barista making fresh coffee and cappuccinos! The area was walkable and close to great restaurants.

Was echt top! Fijne locatie op loopafstand van lucca centrum. Genoeg parkeergelegenheid voor de deur. Fijn zwembad met genoeg ligplaatsen. Kamers waren netjes, prima douche en ook erg schoon. Personeel was super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ook was het ontbijt erg goed en gevarieerd. Echt een fijne week gehad, niets op aan te merken!

Highly recommend this hotel. From coming in through the door, where we received a lovely welcome, right through to leaving, the staff were friendly, helpful and just wanted to do their best for you. Our accessible room was great, on the ground floor near the bar/dining room and had a lovely wet room. The hotel is ideal walking distance to the town. Unfortunately the weather was not on our side and we couldn't use the outdoor terrace - it looked lovely though, Lots of selection for breakfast. The hotel organised a taxi for us to take us to Pisa airport with a stop at the Leaning Tower - really great service and lovely driver. Highly recommend

Mysigt boende med gångavstånd till allt du vill se och uppleva i Lucca. Bra parkering

The room was clean and bed comfortable. The rooms are somewhat modern without charm but I would still recommend. Short walk to the walled city of Lucca and free public parking right in front of the hotel so very convenient. Breakfast was adequate with excellent made to order coffee. Good value 3 stars hotel.

...You will never want to leave...This hotel and staff are what you would dream to have and not expect from any visit you have at a hotel. From first arrival we were treated like family and made to feel like we were at a new home we had yet to discover. Fabio was simply incredible as was the rest of the staff. From making sure we had everything we needed to guiding us through our journey in their magical town. The hotel itself was impeccable and one of the most friendly and professionally run operations I have experienced...and i travel a lot. It was my first trip alone with my Daughter after the passing of my mother and we could not have been more blessed to be welcomed the way we were into this wonderful space. We truly escaped here. We loved it so much and will return one day. Unfortunately Expedia took a review from another place with a complete opposite experience and posted it here. I cannot tell you the horror i felt when i learned of this mistake. Even when I talked to them they were very understanding. I am grateful of their patience and their constant example of professionalism

Friendly and very helpful staff; the location to the central city was convenient; convenient free parking.

The room was very spacious and clean. The welcome was very friendly. Breakfast had lovely freshly made coffee and lots of choice in the buffet.
