Nonostante l'Albergo sia datato, camere più che buona, colazione adeguata. Il nostro soggiorno è stato pienamente soddisfacente.

Beautiful hotel, big room, clean bathroom, including the bath, best housekeeping ever, the African lady was extremely kind, professional and exceptional cleaning. Breakfast was absolutely delicious, nice view and well located. Management could be better with customer service, I couldn't figure out if they were happy to help me, but they did help with my requests. Pleasant stay!

In the centre of town. Couple of nice shops nearby. Limited parking, but free parking in the road anyway. Secret garden is not a bistro, just a garden nice to sit in. Dinner starts at 20:00 Room needs refurbishing, but excellent water pressure in shower. No English Breakfast as advertised, but good buffet breakfast included. Counted 15 different cakes..... Nice restaurant 100m up the road, but closed on Mondays ☹ Most restaurants close on Mondays….. Only 10-15 min drive to Montepuliciano where we found lots of wine tasting offers.

Struttura retrò ma pulita e confortevole. Staff molto gentile. Camera rumorosa. Letto comodissimo. Bagno con vasca e doccia ma senza box. Colazione molto buona. Le torte erano buonissime. Mancavano uova e bacon.

Unico appunto sul terzo letto che era un scomodo

Posizione comoda e abbastanza centrale hotel un po' datato ma pulito... Soddisfacente per il prezzo pagato colazione buona con ciambelloni e crostate caserecce

We booked this property with intention of having dinner the night we arrived. Unfortunately, without any prior notice from the hotel or from Expedia, we were told that the restaurant was closed for dinner, but that breakfast would be served as normal in the morning. The owners, however, were very helpful to suggest an alternative restaurant within a couple of minutes walking distance where we were able to have a pleasant dinner.

Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo, proprietari molto gentili e devo dire anche ottima colazione. Camere spaziose e pulite, doccia e bagno molto comodi. Prossima volta proverò il biliardo a disposizione dei clienti.

La moquette sporca, in bagno piastrelle rotte , il copriletto consumato. Hotel 4 stelle ma la camera nemmeno 1 stella. Anche se era una camera economi , non sono camere x ospiti
