Très bon hotel à quelques minutes à pieds de l’hyper-centre ville tout en tant ai calme. Très bons services, l’amabilité, disponibilité et sympathie des propriétaires sont un vrai plus. Nous le recommandons sans hésiter.

We will be back next year and definitely will be says at Hotel Giglio! Everything we wanted to see was within walking distance or the tram stop is maybe 100ft away. Lots of places to eat.

Incrível, o atendimento deles é tudo! Recebemos mapa, orientações de visitas, etc.. fácil acesso ao centro, mercado central e todas as atrações. Transporte do hotel a estação Santa Naria Novella através do TRAM T2. Quarto confortável e muito limpo, café da manhã otimo, capricho. Super recomendo e se retornar a Firenze com certeza ficarei neste hotel.

We were 2 friends, who stayed 3 nights. Good location. Quiet and close to the center and the tram. Good breakfast with homemade cakes. Very friendly reception, who had good advice what to see in Firenze and surroundings. We will definitely stay there again. Margit, Denmark

We were in Florence for 4 nights and stayed at the Hotel Giglio, based largely on the good feedback from previous guests. We were surprised and disappointed by the standard of the hotel. Very old feel, cramped breakfast room with poor/small selection. Also a bit strange to have the kitchen, reception and living room in the same room. Not impressed with the cleanliness either, a dead wasp was on the floor during our entire stay and we had to ask for shower supplies as they were not replenished. We will not be returning here. Approx. 15 minutes walk down to the Duomo. But, we had a great time in beautiful Florence.

Bem localizado. A Manuela ( proprietária) uma simpatia e sempre predisposta a ajudar. Café da manhã bom. Quarto limpo e arejado. Recomendo

Adoramos ficar hospedados no hotel Giglio. Cama boa, chuveiro com ótima pressão e água quente e o ar condicionado era bom e silencioso. Dormimos bem e não ouvimos barulho durante a noite nem de hóspedes e nem da rua. O café da manhã é variado e delicioso, tudo muito bem servido e sempre sendo reposto, conforme vai terminando. A localização também é muito boa, tem transporte a uns 100m do hotel para a estação de trem e a Duomo, fica a uns 700m próximo ao hotel. Os hosts Manuela e Carlos foram muito atenciosos e simpáticos conosco. Voltaria com certeza a me hospedar no hotel Giglio!

Tudo muito bom! Emanuela foi atenciosa e simpática. O café da manhã é bom. O atendimento lembra muito o de uma pousada, não tem a pegada de um hotel, e isso é bom para quem se sente mais confortável neste tipo de ambiente. A localização é excelente, 12 minutos caminhando até a praça Duomo. Muitos restaurantes e padarias nos arredores
