O quarto estava sempre muito limpo! A equipe é maravilhosa e o hotel é perto de tudo. O café da manhã é muito bom também! Super recomendo!

Friendly staff, great location on a cute pedestrian street, very close to the central market. Nice walk to ponte vecchio and office, as well. Good breakfast with delicious tarts (spinach and ham/cheese) but with they had better espresso…coffee/cappuccino from a machine. Beds firm, room clean, albeit spartan. Recommend!

Room and breakfast were excellent. Very clean room and good lite breakfast options. While warned about the stairs (no elevator) I was on the second floor (2 up from the lobby) and the lobby is 30 steps up from the street so 70 steps in total. OK for a couple days and lite luggage but it does wear on you after awhile. I would stay here again for a couple days as the location is great and there is a great little Trattoria just to the right of the entrance.

Après un accueil sympathique, nous decouvrons une chambre plutôt spacieuse et agréable. J'ai adoré les vitraux dans l'espace accueil et les couloirs . Par contre , l'escalier pour accéder à l'hotel est à signaler à chaque réservation . Comment font les personnes à mobilité réduite ou personnes âgées. Autre inconvénient du lieu , la salle de petit déjeuner qui est exiguë et lieu de passage entre 2 parties de l'hotel . Les tables sont embriquees les unes dans les autres . Dommage ! Sinon , place idéale pour visiter Florence . Au centre des points de visite et en pleine rue commercante .

La chambre petite et simple mais propre et un peu bruyante car mal insonorise . Petit déjeuné bon. Très bien placé .

Værelset var rent og pænt. Personalet med søde og hjælpsomme. Hotellets beliggenhed i byen er perfekt og i gå afstand til mange attraktioner Vores værelse lå ud til vej og der var tydelig støj fra restauranter og café bl.a. to caféer der lå lige nedenunder med musik fra udendørs højtaler frem til midnat. Der er isolerede vindue, men kunne ikke holde støjen ude. Vindue måtte stå åben pga mangelfuld ventilation i såvel soverum som badeværelse, hvilket var de eneste rum. Værelse 101 og 102 ligger begge ud mod gaden. Vi boede der 6 nætter og 3 dage var vi uden varmt vand i bruser. Vi troede først at det var fordi vi stod sent op (kl.8), - men en dag stod vi op få kl. 6 og da der ikke var varmt varmt kontaktede vi receptionen om morgenen og der kom varmt samme dag.

Staff were very attentive and helpful. Rooms were tidy and well kept, breakfast was great for such a small hotel.

Room had a terrible bleach smell almost suffocating and the third adult bed was only fit for a small child. Not what was sold online would not recommend this hotel

Very good location. The only negative observation is that the reception is located on the first floor and there is no elevator. Other than that everything was fine and personnel was great and very helpful.
