Clean room

I had the best stay here! It was beautiful, clean, and the staff were so kind. The location was the absolute best with a very convenient water boat stop nearby and just a short walk to busy attractions. Highly recommend!

Breakfast was ok/ not a deal breaker … overall excellent hotel & staff was friendly.

Great location! Hard to navigate Venice at first but the front desk helped me. Within walking distance of so much! Great Processo in the bar too! Breakfast was wonderful! The coffee amazing!!

Rent og pent rom. Hyggelige sitteplasser ute. Sentral beliggenhet. Kaotisk frokost, da frokostsalen er liten i forhold til antall gjester - men hjelpsom betjening.

Friendly staff

The hotel itself is quaint and nice. The breakfast is good but not great. Some of the staff smiles.

The hotel was welcoming with a beautiful lobby and friendly staff. The breakfast was also quite good.

This hotel was PERFECT for my trip. My bedroom was small but I don't care about size. It was VERY CLEAN! Close to the waterbus (only two minutes walk). Close to so many beautiful places and restaurants. The staff is so friendly. They held my suitcase before check-in, early in the morning so I can enjoy my trip as soon as I arrive to Venice. I love this place ;-)

The location was great. Easy to access water bus

Great location, close to two water taxi stops and not in the middle of the tourist crowds. However, beds were very firm and not comfortable. Continental breakfast was great.

Great location, good breakfast

Tolle Lage aber doch ruhig. Unser Zimmer war toll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Leider hat ein einem Tag das Frühstück nicht funktioniert. Eine Menschenschlange wartete vor dem Frühstücksraum da dieser für die Menschenmasse zu klein war. Wir mussten zur nächsten Bar frühstücken gehen. Dadurch einen Stern Abzug!

Lieu très calme, très reposant. Petit déjeuner à la hauteur avec du choix. Le temps de service du petit déjeuner un peu brouillon au moment du rush. Devraient repenser un peu le principe en divisant la file d'attente (un coin sucré, un coin salé peut-être). Assis aux tables du centre de la pièce, on se sent mal placé et parfois bousculé par les gens qui circulent (moment pouvant vite devenir désagréable).

My single room was small but the bed was comfortable enough. Didn’t use the shower in the snug en-suite, so can’t really comment on that. Breakfast was a varied buffet eaten in a pleasant dining room.

Attractive small hotel in a great location. A few minutes walk away from the Water Bus stations. Walking distance to everything. Room was modern with a lovely spacious bathroom. Great aircon too. Breakfast was good with lots of choice and the staff were friendly. The garden area is very nice too. Would stay here again.

The hotel was clean and appeared to be newly remodeled. Staff not very friendly and my biggest complaint was the AC in the rooms.
