The location is everything - right by the Duomo! The staff are super friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean - not too fancy - but you have everything you need. The bed and the bedding were quite good. They have a nice breakfast buffet with many selections. I will go back again.

Staff was extremely helpful at arranging dinner reservations and providing directions. Room very clean with nice bathroom amenities.

The staff was incredible. We really appreciated how the staff was helpful upon our arrival and departure. The young man at the desk has the best attitude and hospitality sense. We will stay here again.

Perfect location, friendly staff, extremely clean, great breakfast, and parking available. Close to Rome where we flew out the next morning. Would definitely recommend this cute hotel.

Hotel Duomo in Orvieto is like coming home. The authentic caring of Andreina, Alessia, and Massimo is felt even before one arrives on property. All 3 were present to all the needs that emerged including some needs that were unexpected. That truly care about the happiness of their guests. We were also impressed with the thoughtfulness of the hotel, anticipating the needs of guests to support comfort in special ways, including room amenities and design. I have stayed at other locations in Orvieto and moving forward, it will always be Hotel Duomo. They are legions ahead of other options…

清潔な客室。アメニティもしっかりで。特にスリッパがふかふかで癒されました。 お勧めです。 ただ、別室？の方だとエレベーターがないので、大きなスーツケースの方は相談するのも良いかもしれないですね。

The hotel is right across from the cathedral and there are many bars and shops in the Square. The hotel was extremely clean nice size rooms and very comfortable beds. The TV in the room also had English channels, which wasn’t always the case in some other hotels in Italy. The breakfast was excellent scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, and sweet bread abundant. I would certainly stay in this hotel again.

Café da manhã completo e variado. Muito bom. Predio antigo, mas confortável e num tamanho adequando. Funcionários gentis e educados. Localização excelente. O estacionamento é pago e bem próximo ao Hotel.
